After seeing the large outside playing area where I was told it was 13 dogs per 1 person ratio. I continue into the inside sleeping area. The lady said there is no night staff on duty. Only when I asked they told me the dogs are put to bed at 7:00 pm and the first pee break is at 7:00 am the next morning. Yes you heard correctly 12 hours. I couldn't help myself. I said that's ridiculous..very cruel. She told mr puppies go there and they are fine to hold it. I finished with I'm done wasting anymore of my time and I left. If you don't care about your pets, it's a great place to bring them.

The extensive outside enclosure meant all of the boarders had plenty of room to run and play several times a day. A necessary orientation trip and very knowledgeable staff ensured ours and other dogs were well suited and comfortable before being left to board. Churro was happy when we picked him up but kept looking back as though he wasn't sure he wanted to leave. Five stars for sure!
