When I asked why the cookies were not on a tray the response was "we don't have trays" . Not an i am sorry or any sort of apology . When I got home to put them on a tray, they were all stuck together, as the ladies had taken them out of the oven and put them in bags while they were still hot. Needless to say I was not happy.
