The ice cream is smooth and delicious. It's creamy (but not the gooey, mouth coating stuff made by a mega corporation pretending to be Scandanvian). There are chocolate chunks, about 1/8" thick, probably made from the quality chocolate that they use for other flavors. It's like home made if the person at home was an expert chef.
