I shopped here for my wedding dress, I did not wind up buying a dress here but our experience was still great! She showed us around the store pulling dresses based on what I described and she allowed us to pull some as well. She was very kind to everybody even when she would answer phone calls. I heard her scheduling appointments and helping other future brides and despite how busy she was, she was always there when we needed her. read more

Bought my wedding gown here. The dress was absolutely gorgeous for a great price. While the dress was beautiful, initially it showed a little too much cleavage for my liking. I asked them to fix it by closing the middle opening up a bit. When I went to pick up I still felt like it was still too revealing. Despite their busy schedule and last minute request, The seamstress Ben made sure he had it done on time and to my satisfaction. I can't express how wonderful this store is, we called on our way through town to ask what their hours were hoping to just pop in and get an idea of what size dress I was. We ended up arriving at 5 and their last appointment was at 4:30 but Ari said just come on back and look we can still find out what size you are. She was so sweet helping figure out what style I was looking for and letting me try on multiple sizes to pin point what fit best. And then it happened she recommended me a dress and said I think we found what your looking for. Ari was absolutely right family and I fell in love with it. It was perfect! She also talked us through what exactly we could do as far as payments and alterations! I couldn't recommended them enough!! read more

I went to a different place before coming here and the other place the staff was very pushy about me getting a dress. I decided to come here and they were the total opposite!! I NEVER EVER do ratings BUT! I wanted to do one for What's Up Europe. First things first, I had a BIG wedding party and the associate was nice enough to book me at 9 even though they open at 10! So when we went it was just me and my wedding party. I don't remember the lady's name who helped us out but she made my time there AMAZING. I booked my venue at the same place she got married and gave me lots of tips! She was on a roll with bringing me dresses and conversating with my party! She didn't feel like a sales associate she felt more like one of the girls! I couldn't be any happier with the dress I bought there and my time at What's Up Europe! I highly recommend read more

They also had ADDIDAS, but then you have to shop around to find a set because they have tops separate from the bottoms. Everything seemed to be on clearance, yet to me the price was still high. You have to dig to find a deal & something unique. The makeup was abundant. Brands like NYX, Clinique, Lancome. The travel size items were pricey. I can get a full regular size for the same price they are charging for a travel size. That dry shampoo you see in the pic, I ended up not getting it because they wanted $17 for that. No thank you. When you enter the store, you immediately see the designer handbags to your right. OMG, they have some cute items. I didn't come here for that, but they were sure cute to check and the pricing. Why did I stop by, well to browse for a dress. I'm still looking for that elusive dress to say, "This is it! This is what I've been looking for." I didn't find that here, but I did find some cute dresses to wear on my next outings. I'll make sure and update the review to show you what I got for $40. When I went to check out, Kelsey was so sweet and pleasant. While I do appreciate the suit selection, the overall reorganization made it difficult to locate what I came in for. When I asked a cashier in the men's department, I was informed that all Polo Ralph Lauren items had been removed from this location. This was extremely disappointing and, frankly, confusing. Ralph Lauren is a well-known and trusted brand, and removing it from this store feels like a step in the wrong direction. Locations in nearby cities such as Fresno and Bakersfield continue to carry these products, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. Customers should not have to drive long distances to find items that were once readily available at their local store. I enjoy shopping at Macy's and would like to continue supporting this location. However, decisions like this make it difficult to do so. I strongly encourage your merchandising team to reconsider the removal of Ralph Lauren products and to better align inventory across locations to meet customer expectations. This was the third bridal store I went to in search of my wedding dress and it was by far my favorite experience of the three! Melissa helped me and it was such a peaceful atmosphere, I didn't feel rushed to pick out or try on the dresses. I even wanted to try on some dresses for the Casablanca 25k giveaway- but fell in love with one of them so I didn't want to post it for the giveaway on the chance that it ended up being the one. Melissa was super patient and went and picked out a couple of different Casablanca ones that I wouldn't choose just so I could have something to enter in the giveaway. I ended up saying yes to one dress, and then changing my mind 10 minutes later- she was SO patient and let me try on the dress I ultimately went with again even though they were about 10 minutes from closing. Super friendly staff and I loved my entire experience here! I will update my review after alterations and dress pick up, but so far- five stars for awesome customer service and a great experience! read more

Melissa knew exactly what dresses to pull and have me try on. when I say she was right on point I mean it! the first dress I tried on was what I thought my dream dress. the 2nd dress I tried on was Melissa's pick. Xochilt was amazing--she helped me choose dresses from my selection and encouraged me to try on a few I wasn't sure about, which ended up looking beautiful.
