I had to ask multiple times every month until Mr. Fraud cancelled our last appointment (see text screen shots) refused to issue refund and did nothing for my ad campaign but get my Instagram account permanently banned. Be careful with Mr. Fraud Racaniello he will take your money and do nothing. He knows Visa's policy so he will drag out producing your ad beyond Visa's charge back deadline then leave you high and dry with nothing to show for it. and he will keep your money!
