Avoid if you need printing service services. Maybe it's fine for shipping, but this place gave me the runaround for a straightforward print job and now I'm scrambling to find another solution due to a lack of communication from the owner. I know its 2026 nobody cares about the customer anymore but it's ridiculous to think you are submitting a job with plenty of notice and now I have to figure out a last-minute option only because I have been calling to confirm incessantly. If it can't be done just communicate that. read more

This UPS store charges customers money to pick up packages from Amazon that are delivered here. No where on Amazon does it tell you that when you select it as a drop off location, it actually shows it free pickup. The employee stated they charge a per day fee. read more

My reason for coming here was to return my Comcast box. They make it very easy so as not to have to deal with going to the Comcast location . It's painful enough calling these people. This location is on a one way street, close to downtown. I easily found a parking spot right out front. When I arrived there was three people ahead of me. It went fairly quick and painless. The guy behind the counter was sweet and about as polite as they come. We need more customer service people like him. read more

This place is charging ridiculously high amounts to print a shipping label! I was sent directly to a UPS store to return a pair of shoes and the I couldn't print at my apartment building because of COVID 19. I asked the store rep to print and he said is was $3.00 to log into their customer computer or $5.00 to print from there employee computer. That is ridiculous!!! The cost of them printing a piece of paper doesn't even come close to what they are charging...and during the COVID epidemic of all times! I even called the Store Manager and he wouldn't do anything! Talk about a complete and utter lack of understanding and good customer service. I will never come to this location again....even though it's right next to my house and I won't support UPS store in general if this is their policy. It's just wrong! read more

The service by the owner of this UPS store #6989 (and also the staff) was more than excellent. They were able to pick up two lamps I purchased at auction in Palm Beach at a very, very short notice. The packing of the two large lamps was also excellent and the cost for their services was reasonable. Yesterday, the lamps arrived safely in Cicago. UPS delivering in West Palm Beach In a small house, with a big sign on the door in red magic marker saying, I may not be able to hear you but I AM HERE with an arrow pointing down the empty driveway. I sat outside waiting and when I went inside I kept the door opened. A hello would have been easily heard. And two days in a row UPS left stickers inches from that large sign saying they were sorry they missed me and the packages required signature! Worse, within an hour of the missed delivery today I called customer service and was told the driver would call to arrange delivery later today. I waited with phone in hand. At 6:00 I got a furious call from the local UPS (I do not know which store) that my call to customer service had gotten the driver reprimanded! The driver is being paid, I am not. I am waiting and paying. And though I said I'm visiting due a death and don't have a car, and that I won't be at the house tomorrow until afternoon, the customer service person who called at 6;00, yelling at me, said they would deliver tomorrow anytime until 9:00pm and if that didn't work they would return the packages.
