Every visit Dr. Williams creates a treatment plan that gets them back to their healthy selves in no time. Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.

My dog, Koby, was ready to leave this earth and now days later I still feel that this was the right decision. It was difficult but Dr Gordon was willing to call me and answer all of my questions after I made an appointment. Once she arrived, her demeanor was calm and understanding. Koby had a very peaceful passing that my young children could have been part of if I had chosen to have them there. It was nice to let my other dog come in to assess him once he had passed to gain the understanding that he was gone. The peace I have felt after this experience knowing that my dog passed peacefully at home was worth every penny and honestly did not feel overly expensive. We chose not to have his ashes returned and I fully trust that he was treated as lovingly as he could have been in this situation. I am sad that he is gone, but would recommend this in home euthanasia experience to anyone that is looking to say goodbye to a beloved pet. I love you Koby

Alena does a great job with the grooming as one of my cats has a thick undercoat requiring regular attention. Also she is a vet tech which makes me feel that any issues will be detected. They will give your cats their medicine if they have a prescription. Cannot say enough good things about this cat hotel!
