Erin is wonderfully gifted and very patient she truly cares and treats me with kindness and respect. Erin has such a light touch the needles do not hurt if they start to hurt your given a call button but as for me I tend to fall a sleep lol sometimes I can feel the difference right away sometimes it takes a hour or two. Having a PRIVATE paid health insurance card was not the norm so I was made to feel my health care coverage was below par from what they were use to or knew how to handle. I do not have MEDICAID, MEDICARE, or WORKMAN"S COMP. I am an independently self paying client who pays privately for their health care. Every single visit I was asked if my "$7500 deductible was met" outloud in front of other clients. Not only is this is a violation of my personal rights as a client but extremely embarassing and uprofessional. I have discontinued my visits there because on my last few visits I had to constantly remind them to check my hips. I was having numbness and tingling and knew they needed attention. My last visit when I was a few minutes late I was told I needed to be mindful of my time and talked down to like I was 5 years old. If this is how the STAFF want to treat cash paying clients after years of service this is not the place I want to frequent any longer.
