I'd like to see some new equipment, and have some of the existing equipment repaired or replaced. But, there's really good bones, here. Having opted for a family membership with my partner, we've brought my spawn here several times. The kids space is pretty well set up. It would be nice if it were staffed a little more. I'd actually say that's one of the things the space lacks, is clear staffing. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly, and helpful. Very nice. The location is really central. Parking is the only real pain, weekends are pretty convenient. Lots of nearby food and beverage. Nibble moved in right next door. It's a great space.

He quoted me $100 and came to my house and picked up the canvas stretcher I already had. He said it wouldn't take too much time. I've spoken with him a few times since then, and he insists he'll get my canvas done...but it's now almost May and now he is unreachable when I call him, email him and text him. I've left messages saying I just want to pick up the canvas stretcher and move on and find someone else to complete my project, but it seems he's been leading me on for four months now and ghosting me. I am sorry to say this business is completely unprofessional, will not get your job done and owes me a stretcher canvas. I have to agree with other reviewers mentioning how awful the installation process went. The…read morepurchase was super smooth because I did my homework and knew exactly what we wanted down to the model numbers. What really buttered my biscuit was them telling me my 220v outlet was not working....so, I hired an electrician to come out to fix an outlet that turns out was working perfectly.....($189.95) minimum house call charge. Also they had issue with the drainage for my dishwasher.....had a plumber come out to tell me they only needed a $2.75 PCV flange to get past their installation Issue. This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts.
