Unfortunately, after I posted the review, the owner Reece called me during dinner time to talk about the review. I was short with him as he called at 7 pm when we were about to eat. After I finished cooking I went to go and add that he tried to address and fix our issues and that we would continue going there, only to find he had blocked me on Facebook and when I called to say he missed me adding a positive thing to my review he admitted he tried to report my honest review and that's how I got blocked. Very unprofessional and petty. All this on top of the fact that we have been spending tons of money at flippinfamilyfun, their infatable park at the fair, and kaboom for years and telling people what great places for families they are when, many people won't even go there because he was convicted with sexually assaulting his employees as a chiropractor. He is not even supposed to be involved in the businesses because of his assaults on women. With the reputation he has, he should not be treating long-time customers this way for just giving an honest review of their party experience.

Greg was the manager of Access Fitness and I was never talked down to or treated contemptuously by his staff. The Peak staff at the West Bank Landing failed to cancel my membership correctly then charged my account. When I attempted to inform them of the error I was blamed and asked to prove and show my receipt and email it to them. I was additionally mocked for doing all of the above by another member of the staff. I followed the chain of command and was told at every turn it was my error and not theirs. Ultimately I had to talk to my bank after it was made evident they would not take accountability and further the issue up the chain of command. I was aggrieved to be required to go to such lengths because of the attitude and lack of action taken by the staff at multiple levels. Suffice it to say I will not ever be rejoining.

I am sad to give it a 3 star review instead of a 5, but felt like this rating accurately reflected my experience. The instructor was not very kind or welcoming, and in addition to arriving late and ending early, used the class as a time to express her frustrations about her day's events. There is absolutely a time and space for that, but amidst teaching a class is not it. I hope to return in the future and hope for a more positive class environment. Wishing you guys the best!

About a year and a half ago, I had a ski accident and broke my right ACL. After finishing physical therapy, I still didn't feel like I had fully regained my strength or healed 100%, so I decided to give hot yoga at Habit a try. I still remember my very first hot yoga class. Sarah was my instructor, and I was hooked from that day on. Since then, Habit has become such an important part of my life. I truly appreciate every instructor here. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming, and this practice has helped me become stronger and continue healing from my injury. Now I'm a member, and I genuinely look forward to my yoga practice every week. It has been so beneficial not only for my physical health, but for my mental health as well. Words really can't express how thankful I am for Habit and the wonderful community they've created. The atmosphere is amazing, the instructors are incredible, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. 100 practices down, and I'm looking forward to many more!
