It almost never is and today was a good example. Basically, this automated facility stole $14 from me. Then, stupid me, I gave it another chance and it stole another $14. You should only use this car Wash from Tuesday through Thursday, generally the owners/operators have shown up very late Monday to make the facility operational again. After Thursday the line is too long and the owners/operators are not around to check on the equipment.
