No attendant was on site with whom to discuss the interruption of services, and I can find no merchant website nor contact phone number by which to resolve the non-delivery of the service for which I paid. I have contacted my card-issuing bank for their help in disputing this transaction and to try to recoup the extra money I spent to rinse off the soap. No more Wheely Clean Portland for me!
