The husband worked on me while his wife worked on my missus. They both did an amazing job of smoothing out all the knots and charley horses. It was painful but not near as much as before. They asked multiple times if the pressure was okay. Then toward the end, He used hot stones to smooth out the final knots and some of the soreness. I walked in limping and left feeling like I was a new man. My missus even had a smile on her face and didn't have hardly any pain left. Now first timers should expect some pain left over after a good massage because it stimulates the muscles and pulls them open to get rid of the knots.
