It arrived looking so different that at first I wasn't sure if they delivered the wrong bouquet.On the website, it had an orange and purple color scheme, which was important and 80% of the reason why I picked it, but they ended up replacing the orange roses with yellow ones and made the whole thing HIDEOUS. My mom was glad to receive it because she always appreciates gifts from me, but I could tell immediately she did not like the color scheme. When I called them to report this and ask if they had any other orange flowers, the staff AND then the manager COULDN'T GIVE A DAMN and they both spoke in a defensive and obnoxious manner. No understanding, no consolation, no accommodation, nothing but coldness. Their vibe was "we got your money, you'll never get it back and you can go die in a ditch". The manager, being the jackass he is, even tried to defend himself by saying they get a lot of calls asking about where the flowers are and when they would be sent - as if that's relevant to my case, and as if that's not a normal part of running a business. I wonder what his point was. I understand certain flowers won't always be in stock, and I, as a first time customer, didn't know they wouldn't contact me regarding substitutions unless I specified it on their website. But they were so obnoxious and callous in the way they talked. They even said they did the bouquet as close as possible though the bouquet's color scheme was completely changed. They have zero aesthetics if they believe they were telling the truth. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The girl was very friendly and helpful. I picked a plant with her help as I am not safe with a live plant. The plant was delivered within 2 hours. I can only recommend VERY HIGHLY as I have had bad experiences in the past both sending and receiving from other florists.

Ownership has had hard times in recent years and contemplated selling and sliding into retirement. As yet, that hasn't taken place, so I am relieved when it remains open and blooming. When I lived in Holland, BCR was a 20 minute walk, and I took heavy advantage of that. Didn't need reservations to look around and any purchase was always appreciated by a neighbor. Now, it is a 10 minute drive, so I have to plan more thoroughly to make the cruise over, and those monthly cut long stems on the kitchen table binges are are thing of the past. Prices have inflated along with everything else, and perhaps, the day of flowering rose romance is a bit hackneyed and worn, but I hope that is not so. After all, a tiny bit of my heart is in every fragrant petal. See you guys next February.

They were delivered precisely as ordered right to her desk at her place of work. She was extremely happy and I know it made her day. Unfortunately recent discussions with the owner indicates he is trying to sell to the vested interests. The township blocked the sale so - good fo me I will still be able to get flowers locally when needed. The business is dependable and always has top quality product. The staff is very friendly and you might quite well meet a friend while there.... The owner passed away recently and we cross our fingers it doesn't change too much or disappear... He set the tone in his market by always stopping to chat or just a hello if he was anywhere around. It might be a pricier shop, but the variety is still there(an amazing, but a bit of everything. I have yet not to find my item....but best of all, it's relaxing, upbeat and the experience is all about small town living, rather than the chaos of the big crowded markets. We talked back and forth with ideas. It needed to be small as it was in the church. Also he was in and urn to go in the wall. So I wanted a planter. With a few flowers of red white and blue. I called in advance to see if they could find a small flower and anchor. I saw it yesterday and it was perfect. It sat beside the urn. The flag fresh red white and blue flowers in the planter.
