My husband ended up purchasing brushes on Amazon and cleaned the vent out from inside, which in turn made him have to clean it out from the outside again. Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. The initial response was quick. They were able to come to the property and check the furnace. They…read morerecommended to replace the furnace after looking at it. So we scheduled for the replacement on the following Thursday/Friday. On Tuesday, they emailed me the contract and asked for the initial payment. Over the phone call, Hailey told me the furnace is already in stock and she asked me to send the contract and check over the mail. I reminded her that they may not receive the mail by Friday due to the delivery time. I even offered to pay over the phone. She confirmed sending via mail is fine. On Friday morning, I sent an email checking when will they come to install the furnace. Greg responded back saying they weren't be able to contact me, they don't have the furnace in stock, and they haven't received the payment and the contract. So they won't be able to install it as we agreed earlier. Later he email again saying the have the furnace in stock and I have to pay the full price over the phone before they can come out for the job. Obviously they don't have communication internally and treated customer very rudely. We are very disappointed with the experience.
