I had a geothermal system malfunction which is under warranty and called Whiddons to repair it. They wanted to charge me 6-8 hours labor just to process the warranty because they dont carry my brand! I called the manufacturer and they stated it could be done in minutes. What a rip off! 3 week prior, i called them and spent over 400 dollars for a freeon refill. I was told it might or might not leak out. They never took the necessary steps to find the leaks. 3 weeks later, it leaked out. Another repairman at least took to steps to diagnosis the problem which whiddon's should have done but failed to do. Very poor service. I recommend staying away from these folks. read more

Established in 2010.

The business was started by Perry & Vicky Whiddon and ran for 7 years as a mom & pop operation in the Ava, Missouri area. In 2017 the Whiddon's hired on Jason Perkins as manager and opened a second location in Houston, Missouri in May 2017.

Meet the Business Owner: Perry W.

Perry started working in the air & electrical field right out of high school in Louisiana. Perry & Vicky moved for a short time to the Colorado High Country for 5 years. Due to the frigid weather the couple moved to a more temperate climate and was lead to the Wasola area in Ozark County in 2010.
