I had a geothermal system malfunction which is under warranty and called Whiddons to repair it…read more They wanted to charge me 6-8 hours labor just to process the warranty because they dont carry my brand! I called the manufacturer and they stated it could be done in minutes. What a rip off! 3 week prior, i called them and spent over 400 dollars for a freeon refill. I was told it might or might not leak out. They never took the necessary steps to find the leaks. 3 weeks later, it leaked out. Another repairman at least took to steps to diagnosis the problem which whiddon's should have done but failed to do. Very poor service. I recommend staying away from these folks.
