The agent was friendly and took the time to research and provide information regarding travel abroad. Some of the research I could do myself bur it was nice to see that she was well informed and provided some helpful tips. When I got the invoice for over $546 I was a bit surprised, again, I was going to expense it. Now I'm being questioned about the cost and that I should file a claim for the expense to my insurance company. I'm about to submit an out of network claim. Let's see if its accepted.
