Great place to live as for as apartment living goes, Manager is really nice guy and tries to make the place feel like home, he is friendly. Just don't hold your breath on getting things fixed anytime soon, really slow about that. Apartments are really big and nice well kept. read more

do not waste your time looking at these apts. no washer dryers in apt. has laundry room, but has only 6 or 7 wahers and dryers for the whole complex. and half the time they don't work right and the dryers do not dry your clothees unles you keep feeding it money. no bills paid. no pets. not worth 625.00 a month for 2 bedrooms for this part of texas. have a hard time getting anything fixed. really messed up letting virgil go. read more

Well....where do I start? Pricing....For what you have to deal with such has lack of professionalism from officer manager to corporate office staff, the rent should not exceed $350. When things are broken of normal wear and tear it takes them 2 months or more to resolve and remedy the issue. You have to continuously report that same issue and even show dissatisfaction in your posture and tone before they get the hint. When you call the corporate office due to office manager not meeting your needs, the lying begins. For starters when you call the corporate office, the receptionist ask for your name and reason of call before she can tell you whether or not the "BIG" heads are in the office.I have called before introducing myself as a tenant and Patrick, Ryan and another individual are all coincidentally out of the office. One day I called sounding like an innocent girl and talked out of my character and my call was transferred directly to the person I needed to speak with it. Now mind you both calls occurred in the same day within 5 minutes of each other. I then explained my problem and was asked why didn't I express my concerns with the apartment manager......Really? Well I stated at the beginning of the call that I was calling due to office manager not meeting my needs. #2 I have been a tenant here for little over 4 years and I have had 4 different office managers. I missed placed my lease agreement during 1st year of lease, and was told that I could get a copy of my lease at that time because the printer was out of ink. But part of your duty is using computer and printer, "go buy more", okay so then the second manager came along and was told the same thing, but yet they have enough ink to print out our portion of water, sewer and trash bill to remit with rent every month. 3rd, office manager, same thing, "right now the printer is out of ink, once I get more I will print it out for you.........1 year later still no copy of lease. All this apartment complex company wants to do is patch up whatever is broke, the hell with what the tenant thinks. They wonder why they are begging for tenants, they don't know how to treat the tenants and they have been taking us for granted. Glory be to God, we have found our house and will be moving out...Thank you Jesus!!! The way the property is being managed, nothing good is coming their way, whether it is a law suit, 75% empty apartments or just the lack of giving a damn will cause them to be selling to a person or company that will make tenants #1 PRIORITY!!! read more
