Forever Remembered has an informative website, and when I called to confirm their hours, the person answering (Chad) was kind and empathetic, just as he was, when I showed up a couple hours later with my precious parcel. He explained options and made arrangements. I was astonished at the quick turnaround time to pick up my girl's cremains-the next business day! Considering there is probably cool-down time involved, I was so surprised. He told me that they make an effort to provide a timely service and I really appreciate that, and it meant a lot to me, having waited over Christmas/ New Years Eve for my previous cat's return. The facility appears clean and organized and my cat's remains were returned in a personalized rosewood box which is beautiful; I ordered a paw print too, and it's very sweet. It was all presented in a respectful way, and the price point was absolutely fair for the service provided. I am grateful. I hope I don't need to see them again for a LONG time, but I am grateful they were there. While I miss my kitty oh so much, this does provide some comfort.
