Rosie is an 8 month puppy, and I realized she was just "too busy" to leave in the care of my older father. Drop off went as planned as explained on their internet site. I do suspect that they are strict with drop off and pick up times (as well as vaccinations) which was well explained in advance. I was more concerned with pick up and expected Rosie to be a hot, stinky mess. When I picked her up, they explained that she was shy for the 1st day or 2 and then had fun playing with the other dogs. She ate all her food one day but would pick the next. Completely in line with her personality. I expected her to smell like kennel, and suspect they may have given her a bath along the way. She smelled like a dog that had been shampooed about 2 to 3 days before. Appreciate the fact that they kept her clean and bathed her, if needed. She had dirt on her nose at pick up, completely in line with her personality. They also explained that she could be nervous for the next day or two after pick up. I reunited her with my older dog (left with my dad) on the day of pick up. There was hostility between the two dogs all day. I note that I did not give Rosie a bath that day as she appeared clean, and I was just too tired. I expect she smelled of other dogs which may have added to the hostility (and nervousness which MY DOG explained). I gave both dogs a bath the following morning and they were best friends again and hostility was gone. I would recommend this kennel and will use MY DOG again.

May 2025 dog A: bit in the right ear all the way through. Owner was not notified of the incident until pickup. Happened while boarding and I was on vacation. Vet put on antibiotics and glued the wound. May 2025 dog B: bit in the left ear. Ended up getting infected and needed antibiotics July 2025 Dog A (again): upon picking up the dogs dog A was brought out to the owner bleeding from the neck. Turns out she was attacked at camp and no one even knew it. Owner was not notified and was the first person to find this! Required multiple vet visits, antibiotics, and two rounds of staples! Please be cautious. All of there dog bites happened with MULTIPLE "counselors" in the room! There is no training and no one is actually watching the dogs. Instead they are playing on phones and talking to each other!
