He charged almost $700 to fix that. Then he told me that tree roots were pinching the zone line and he needed to run a new line to the front yard zone. He charged almost $1700 for that. After paying $2400, I assumed that the yard would look significantly better over time. It didn't. When I contacted him the first time he told me it had only been a month and to give it more time. When I contacted him the second time a month and a half later, he said he would get back to me with an exact date to come back by as he was about a week out with appointments. That sounded reasonable but I never heard back from him. It has now been three months since the work was done. I have called and left messages with no response. The sprinkler system is not working and he doesn't seem concerned about it. Thank goodness for the rain or I would probably have no grass in the area that he worked on. After paying a good amount of money to Ray, I have a poorly functioning sprinkler system, just as it was prior to his working on it, and a sprinkler service that I can't get in touch with. I can't recommend him as nothing with this situation has gone "right".
