I have banked with this bank before Whitaker took it over. Well over 30 years. I got scammed for $350.00!!! All they said they couldn't do about it is say. They were sorry. While traveling on I 75 through Kentucky I stopped in to have lunch in Corbin and then went through an ATM at this bank, and forgot to get the card and drove away . Of course the ATM kept the card . Ten minutes later I came back and walked into the bank to explain what happened and met the Vice President Angela Helton . She could not have been more helpful as well as her staff ! They opened the ATM for me , gave me my card and told me while in Corbin I should see the first KFC which I did ! I highly recommend this bank as they went all out for me , and their hospitality was unbelievable! Thanks once again ! read more

I had a charge that wasn't authorized, and they told me there is nothing they can do about it because in the past it was authorized. Are you serious? So if someone takes your card and goes to Walmart.com and buys stuff you're screwed if you ever shopped there before. Their mobile app doesn't work half the time and you can't deposit at the ATM for a checking account. No phone support on weekends. No international charging allowed without calling first (even on ebay). Employees are argumentative on the phones and slow in the lines. Whitaker bank is stuck in the 80s, I hate to write a bad review but you must avoid them, so much regret going to them! read more
