Unfortunately 1 week after we made our deposit, my 86 year old grandmother, who I am the caretaker and health care proxy for went into the hospital with life threatening conditions and we had to cancel our whole trip. We respectfully asked for our deposit back and were denied. As a family who owns and runs a business back in New York we thought this was truly disheartening. This business took advantage of us during a time that has been grueling. We'll make it back to Lake Powell some day but we sure won't be reaching out to this business.
