I've been to this White Castle many times. This location has been upgraded in the past year or two and it honestly looks great inside and out. This location is 24 hours and you can order anything on the menu at any time. There is a parking lot and they do have a drive thru. There is a very cool portrait of the late 90's early 2000's rap group The Lox painted on the wall behind the restaurant. The lobby when I visited was clean and empty since it was around 830am. There are 2 restrooms but they had out of order signs on themThe lady that took my order was very nice and polite. I had 2 double cheeseburgers which were hot and fresh. Somewhat disappointed with todays order pick up. The workers held my order unsure if I actually was the delivery person or customer. Even after I showed my order on my iPhone my order wasn't handed to me, being told I should have had a print out with me. Then I was told that I had to press a button on the app confirming that I picked up the order. When I showed them my iPhone screen and asked them to show me the button, the one that possibly was the manager repeatedly said 'I don't know about that'. Eventually I was given my order when I asked who was the manager. The sliders and fries were luke warm. The order apparently was sitting at the restaurant an hour before the scheduled 11:30am pickup. A convenient location right off the tracks of the subway this White Castle offers the typical menu that you'll find at any white castle. My group got the craver's case with half original and half cheese along with sacks of onion rings, fries and hash browns. The case took a long time with the staff constantly chipping away at smaller orders it made us wonder if they had forgotten about us. When we finally got it, it wasn't anything that blew us away but nevertheless finished it as we were starving from our travels from CT. My friends can now say they have had it and probably will be their last time. The location was somewhat easy to access with a one way in and way out that I can only imagine gets busy during peak hours. Just wasn't that clean and lucky for me I didn't see the grease they were using for the fries. My girlfriend saw it and got grossed out. I didn't want to look after that. Our order took quite a bit considering there were only 3 people in line. While we were waiting, kids were sneaking in the side door stealing sodas from the fountain machine. This was our go to drunchies place at all hours of the am when we were jonesing bad/sad food. Underneath the EL it is in a sketchy desolate area but there are usually cops at the train station there. I missed White Castle because I now live in Orlando FL. This White Castle was dirty and yucky but we were starving! We got 2 meals, the mini cheese burgers and the mini chicken sandwiches. They were ok, I has jalapeño cheese which was a bad idea it was to spicy. The chicken patty was ok, it was dry and no seasoning. It was around $16 for 2 meals which seemed to pricey for what you get. Over all I was unimpressed and I was sad since I had told my girlfriend how good White Castle was.... Not so much! She didn't care for it but then again I didn't either.
