He insisted that "this is how they have to put the orders in," which made no sense and didn't address my concern. I then asked the woman at the counter if she could explain it, and she responded loudly, saying she couldn't help me and that I should let him explain. Her tone was rude and unprofessional. At that point, I understood why so many people complain about this place. I wanted to give them a chance and support my community, but the service was terrible. I will not be returning. If you choose to work in customer service or handle take‑out orders, you should at least be willing to help customers respectfully. This experience made it clear that they do not value good service.

I'm completely ignored until one of them decide to turn around. Once he does he proceeds to take my order. I had to repeat myself several times, it's as if I was talking to a wall. It came with a nice honey dijon sauce. I also got a ginger ale. One of the things I liked is that ur able to get a can of soda included in ur meal, versus a cup of fountain like at other places. This is nice since fountain soda tends to be flat and watered down. I'll definitely go back here again if I'm in the area.
