This business did my friend's destination wedding. 2 photographers for the whole day and the photos they received were just meh, lackluster and looked like photos edited on a free app. Honestly, the photos looked like they were just quickly edited and didn't bring up a sentimental emotion from such an important day. I watched the photographers work the wedding, they didn't know how to direct posing or adjust garment, so things like the wedding dress and people's hair didn't look their best. As photographers, an eye for detail is important, so many things were noticed in photos that I believe 2 people should've seen and fixed. . They spent more attention to detail with the detail photos than the actual bride and groom photos. I also think their responses to messages were passive aggressive and very unprofessional, at one point they didn't even respond at all which is unfortunate. Bait and switch - buyer beware-!!! I won $1000 off their services. I contacted the company. Took a moment to decide. Asked them to send the contract. They did not initially want to send the contract without being on a sales call where they explained the contract, and I had to explain that we prefer to review and get back to them. They finally send the contract. Noticed missing information in the contract regarding the number of photos that we would receive in our final gallery. Inquired about this and was brushed off with, "each wedding is different." Re clarified my question and finally got an answer on average 200-300 photos based on the time we were requesting. I also asked if the contract was negotiable. A simple: unfortunately it is not; would have sufficed. Instead, the company response was to avoid this question completely. I asked about what kind of questions were on the questionnaire they send a month before the wedding. The company responded: "We may not be the best fit. I want you to be super happy with your photography experience, and a 1:1 individual photographer may be better suited to what you're looking for over a company." I responded with; "I'm still very interested. I just want to make sure this is the very best fit. I'm sure you understand. Is it not possible to send the questionnaire? Or provide examples of the questions? I'm just curious what kind of questions you ask and what to expect from the experience you provide." After that, she didn't respond. It was late, and I completely understood that she didn't get back to me right then. I expected a text in the morning and was to wait until Monday for a response in case they needed more time due to a busy weekend. The next morning, my contract is canceled and not a word from the company. My finance writes a review on Google, and they respond with, "we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.We try to do so in the most professional and kindest way possible." So just ghosting a client is kind and professional in this company's eyes. On my finace review, she responded: the questions I asked were not questions they get and that she was clairvoyant that we would not be happy with the services. She's done 500 weddings and not one question about the process or contract? My questions were reasonable. I asked her one question about missing information in the contract, the number of photos we would receive. A question about the ability to negotiate the contract. And about an example of the questionnaire they send. Again all my questions were dodged. The owner and CEO spent more time responding to our negative reviews than actually helping us with the process of booking. No one should work with or for White Fox Wedding Photography. Maybe then they will learn that customer service comes first and your ego and assumptions of how the sale is going come second. She bombed the sale when it in her eyes, "seemed lost." And the little effort she could have put in would have resulted in a sale and a upgrade to a higher tier to ensure our happiness and make her more money. This company is very unprofessional and they engage in high pressure sales tactics. First, We were enticed with the chance to win a discount of $1,000 off the price. With weddings being so expensive, who wouldn't want a discount! Lucky us, we won! We discussed what we were looking for in an initial sales call with Nicole. She gave us plenty of time to think it over. When we told her we were interested in booking their services and would like to move forward, Nicole was hesitant to send us a contract to review without being on a booking call. Due to my work schedule, I would not be available to be on the call during their business hours and I wanted to be able to review the contract when I had time. They did end up emailing us the contract to review on our own time. However, after we asked two basic questions via text message, Nicole responded with a passive aggressive "maybe we are not the right company for you" instead of an answer to our questions. Any response, from "No, that's not possible" to "Yes, we can do that" would have been fine and we would have proceeded with the contract. My fiance indicated we were still interested in their services even after receiving this response and simply asked for clarification. Nicole never responded, which is fine, it was later in the evening. However, this morning my fiance discovered via email that they canceled the contract. To be quite honest, after I was told about the lack of answers to basic questions and instead a passive aggressive response, I didn't need to review the contract. (I did, you get no legal rights to the photos nor raw files/negatives) Nicole was correct. Her company is not the right fit for us. They obviously don't need our business so we will go elsewhere, per Nicole's suggestion. A little patience, respect and honesty goes a long way in building a customer's trust and earning their business. Hopefully they remember this in the future. Nicole responded to a negative review by blaming my fiance for asking too many questions. Basic clarification questions, which apparently Nicole has never heard in the 500 weddings she has done. She also stated she can refuse service when ever she wants. So don't go asking novel questions or she will deny you service for being for being confused and wanting clarification. We were not looking for a 1:1 experience, just some help understanding the process. Nicole decided to double down on her rudeness and disrespect with her response to criticism, and even edited her response once called out for her dishonesty. She spent more time and effort crafting her response to a negative review, than she did helping us to understanding the contract and the booking process. Our wedding had many challenges since the power went out during our wedding. However, our photographer Whitney made sure we still got the photos we wanted. We went for their "wedding Moose" tier (one of their lowest tiers), and we had a magnificent experience. Whitney was not only personable and competent but went above and beyond to accommodate us, even made sure we got food. Although trying to book an appt was tedious due to having to schedule 2-3 phone calls first, the service and end-product were everything we could've hoped for. read more

Read more below if you want an honest experience: I booked them for engagement photos. You pick your top 3 photographers off their website... all of mine were booked, so they gave me a random one that did not even have a portfolio on their website. She was young and had shot something like two weddings and one engagement session before. I was sent about 10 photos of her previous work to go by and thought that surely she would be as good of quality as the others on their website. Wrong. The session was very awkward and the photographer couldn't even come up with poses. I was very unhappy with my photos. We told the company about our concerns. The CEO did not care about our concerns and began quoting lines from the contract. It was a terrible experience and its sad that there are probably some good photographers that work under this poorly managed company. I would steer clear of this one. read more
