I ordered the Works which includes the interior. When i went to pick up my truck I handed the guy a tip. He got mad that it wasn't enough became aggressive and began to berate me. He then ranted about all the extra work he did demanding I give him at least $15. Shocking Exton White glove workers are hustling the customers and demanding overcompensation for work all ready included! In my case there was no extra work done. In fact there were spots missed in my interior. For an employee to aggressively demanded gratuity way he did to a longtime paying customer is outrageous!!! If that is their tactic to get tips I can only imagine how many other customers they have intimidated into greasing their palm!! This is not how this works! This is wrong! WTH? read more

I purchased the elite package waited 1 1/2 hours to get my car. I was a hot day and my car was needing a clen up. When I went there I had 3/4 tank of gas when I left I had half a tank. They had the car running the whole time with the air conditioner on. The dash still has dust on it the front windshield on in the inside is very streaked. the back window on the inside was never touched. I had left a hefty tip. For very poor service. I will not be going back. I called the phone# on top of the receipt, I was told they have no facilities in PA. They gave me a phone # I just get a voice recording saying the person is not available. This is the most I have ever paid for an automatic car wash, coupled with the worst result ever. Avoid this place.

I requested and paid for the Basic Full service (posted $20 a wash) which is supposed to include Soft cloth wash, Underbody blast, Rims cleaned, Towel dry, Windows cleaned, Dash and console dusted, and Interior vacuum. The man I requested the service from and paid was on his phone and texting. What I observed being done was soft cloth wash, underbody blast, and some windows cleaned. I provided a $10 tip and then observed one guy sprayed the inside of my windows and walked away after randomly telling me he was tired and goes home to sleep, doesn't drink and doesn't have a girlfriend. A second guy who was "drying" my car, was skimming the outside with a towel and used the same towel to partially clean the inside driver window. I didn't not see anyone clean my back passenger window or trunk window. My dashboard and console were not touched, no evidence of vacuuming, and my tires showed no evidence of getting the cleaning product on it. read more

You can't pay to self-vacuum (no problem) so I paid the extra $10 to add vacuum to my car wash. It was barely done. Visible trash that could've easily been suctioned. I asked to confirm whether it was done. The woman drying my car barely made eye contact, flagged her hands & said "it's done". I have no issue (respectfully) pushing back but some days... Came here and got the $27 ultimate that includes vacuum. After about 15 minutes saw that they pulled the car up and parked it away from where they were vacuuming other cars. Thought my car was waiting to be vacuumed but did not realize that the car was actually finished. Continued sitting for another 20 minutes and only realized after other cars were being vacuumed. I asked one of the guys if my car was ready he said yes. I was so annoyed because they obviously think that everyone who uses this service knows that this is the process. Someone could at least yell out car's ready or have a system in place that says we will pull your car up to that yellow, green, pink whatever color sign when it's done. Anyway, the vacuum job was horrible, they didn't even remove the floor mat they just vacuumed on top- barely! No dusting. read more

Has been my go to place for many years - especially for a quick exterior wash. Its good. Solid. Some of their workers that have been there for years are great and others ae terrible. Tall guy today with a beard and a blue Nike hat was on his phone texting the entire time, literally doing one quick stroke of a drying attempt on a wet car (one stroke in one area) only to walk away and have someone else do the rest. Watched him do this for several cars in a row. Thought I was being punked. he was terrible. Not sure why, but it pissed me off to see that while everyone else was hustling. The workers here are great however the facility is in serious disrepair. There is a terrible mildew odor inside that was so bad I had to wait outside for my car to be finished. I was hoping to get some work done while waiting (normally I ca) and having to sit outside made it to loud to do calls. Terrible service! My car windows inside were dirty or when I left and when I went in. The boys didn't speak any English and I couldn't explain to them that they were using a dirty towel and three squirts of Windex. For 40 bucks I would expect my windows to at least be clean. I'm not easily bothered but I've been here for close to an hour and a half and the guys cleaning my truck just stopped in the middle of cleaning my truck to have their lunch... 30 minutes later and I haven't said anything yet but I hope they aren't expecting a tip. I'm not arguing that they don't have a right to take time and eat, but in the middle of cleaning someone's truck? I did pay for interior detail which came out to about $95 so it's clear I've paid for what they're doing but I'm not paying to sit here and watch you eat, period. I arrived here and paid for my wash at 11:50 it is now 1:30 and they are still sitting beside my truck for close to 45 minutes now. Waste of time. Go somewhere else. I called a few days ahead of time to ask what the process was for getting a car detailed. They said no appointments, just show up when they open. So I show up at 8:55 before they even open, and the guy says the employee who does the detailing might not show up so they don't even know if they're doing detailing today. So I park and wait until 9:05 and go back over and ask. He says the guy showed up and to get in the car wash line, which is now 15 cars long while I was waiting for the guy to show up. I get to the front of the line and they turn me away because they're full. Maybe you should take appointments if you can only do two details a day... I was there before they even opened. I emptied all the stuff out of my car ahead of time. I arranged for someone to take me home and take me back when it was done. Waste of time. Horrible disorganized process. read more

First time customer. Not a pleasant experience. The guy was annoyed about explaining what I should get if I wanted an interior scrub. Then proceeded to lecture me about how I should be considerate and not hold up the line by cleaning out my trunk beforehand. I had no idea carwashes are that intolerant of customers taking an extra minute to throw trash away. To top it off, the interior cleaning was abysmal. I have been going to this car wash for years and it's sad to see the service continuously decline. The one worker there Stephen is by far the worst. Every time he touches my car. It takes me more time when I get home to correct it and it's just not worth going there anymore. I usually have a great experience at White Glove in Exton. I've been going here for almost ten years and have only had one experience that I can say was a little annoying. I love that I get coupons for this car wash in the mail every month. They have even taken an expired coupon before because I didn't know it was expired! They also have great deals on gift cards (added bonus cash to gift card purchases) and discounts on Details on holidays. Today I got my car washed and the guy at the register was super nice, even though he was wearing a Raiders cap (we are in Eagles territory after all). The wash went rather quickly since it was after 3pm and there weren't that many other people getting their cars washed at that time. I have gone to other car washes in the area (and beyond) and I just keep coming back here because they do such a great job for the prices that they charge. read more

I just had my car washed and selected the Ultimate. With tip I paid close to $60. I felt rushed along and my car which is an SUV was finished more quickly than a small sedan next to me. When I got home there were still crumbs in the grooves of the leather seats and in the well of the door handles. The leather seats were still dirty. I used wipes to finish the job myself. I was so annoyed. I have had the same person work on my car before and I feel like he did a less than stellar job last time. I think his nickname is 'Animal'. There were two other people sitting near me commenting that they both had the good guys. I feel robbed. Where is the quality control. This guy has worked there forever. The owner, Dave, needs to step out of the office and watch him more carefully. We need some competition in the area to get a full service car wash. The sad reality is: the quality and value of this car wash is quickly diminishing. I always want to give White Glove the benefit of the doubt because back in the day, they used to be the best. To put it plainly, these guys suck. I paid $23 (should have been $24.50) for the Ultimate wash, which includes: soft cloth wash, wheel sparkler, undercarriage, sealer wax/polish, tire dressing, triple foam polish, and rain x. All full service washes include interior vacuum, window cleaning, and dash and console dusting and hand towel drying. Here's what I got: A wash comparable to an Exxon or Sunoco gas station quick wash. I overpaid by $17. I got no interior vacuum, no console dusting, water spots on my window, and they didn't even wash the exterior of my car well. No tire dressing, no frills at all what-so-ever. So, if you want the most overpriced, yet half assed car wash in Chester County, The White Glove is just for you. Or, you could save yourself time by going to Sunoco on rt. 100, pay six bucks, get a decent wash, then take that remaining $17 and go buy yourself a burger and a beer somewhere. read more

What bugged me most was the guy who cleaned the car shaming me for owning dogs. Um, I came to the car wash because my car wasn't clean. The guy at the front is always friendly enough and says that's what people with dogs get. For the price they do a fine job. I will say that the guys who actually clean your car are never nice. This week the man who cleaned my car was particularly rude. When I went to get the keys he would barely hand them to me, he was shaking his head and saying oh my god under his breath and making eyes at the guy next to him who was laughing. Watch your personal belongings. I was out of town on business in Exton and thought I'd get my car detailed before I drove back to the Midwest. Although the express wax and interior cleaning took almost an hour and a half. They cleaned all the compartments inside. Moved and replaced my personal belongings. (ie. coins, hand sanitizer, pens, etc.) Or so I thought. But the truck looked good and I tipped the employee. A few days later, when I drove the 12 hours back home to the Midwest and arrived at home at 1am, I realized my garage door opener was missing. My garage door opener is a smaller pendant sized which was with my coins and pens etc which were moved and replaced to clean my console. I've had this remote for 17 years and used it in three different vehicles and never had it coming missing through all my car washes and maintenance services. I reached out to White Glove through their website "Contact us". I have never hear back from anyone. This is extremely disappointing. read more

I don't follow the other reviews. The elite car wash here is the best in the area short of a major detailing. I think that the other washes are alittle overpriced for what you get, but again many of the local carwashes don't bother to vacuum your car at all. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes when the line is short, but if you go later in the day could take up to an hour to get the detailed interior work. If you're looking for the elite you need to get there at least an hour before they close. The guys that do the interior work are meticulous and definitely work hard for the money. I don't use them fairly regularly - versus spending hours doing in this myself. For me it's worth the money. read more

The exterior wash was okay but the interior was abysmal. The guy sat in my car and didn't seem to do anything but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He was clearly sick and didn't wear a mask. I gave him an above 20% tip (about 20 dollars) and when I got inside nothing was touched. The console was still dusty...I have no clue whatsoever what he did. I mean when I say nothing was touched, I mean literally nothing was touched. The screens/mirrors were still stained. This place is horrible I will never take my car here again. I asked for a regular outside wash and detailing on the inside. It was way overpriced, they had my car for 2 1/2 hours and when I got it back the seats and the floor are soaking wet. They are still wet 24 hours later after leaving my windows open overnight for it to dry.
