White Glove is great! Our regular cleaning lady had to take a leave of absence due to a family emergency, so I did a quick google search and these guys popped up! Lisa was able to adjust her schedule and send two technicians later that afternoon! They brought all their own equipment and had a great system for cleaning the entire house. They did exactly what I suggested, were very self-reliant, completely efficient, and the place was basically spotless at the end of the three hours. (6 working hours, considering it was two people). Payment was easy, taking a credit card over the phone. This is great because, while they do accept cash or check, sometimes arranging for cash on hand is difficult. The technicians were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in the house! They were very careful around the baby, starting downstairs. And then while everyone was scrubbing and dusting, I was inspired to organize a "junk room", so by the time they came upstairs and the baby woke up, I had the room cleared out and organized! Their presence inspired a positive change!! I feel so good about it all. After the cleaning, after they "punched out" -which they do remotely with their phones- I noticed a weird crusty drip of old baby food on the floor, half under the carpet. I mentioned it and they quickly got out a plastic scraper and attacked that spot with a vengeance! They thanked me for noticing. But I thanked them back! They puffed all the pillow and folded all the blankets and arranged the stuffed animals in such a fun way. It's a pleasure to be home in such a clean house. My only criticism is based on the pricing. I thought the hourly rate was a little pricy. My particular service wasn't scheduled it was all last minute, and we aren't regular customers, so I wonder if that had a play into pricing. But, the cleaning was worth every penny, don't get me wrong! I'm most likely going to call again!! Also, I haven't priced out what a scheduled clean in our house would cost with other companies either, so what we paid could have been industry standard for today's prices. I just don't know. I am pleasantly surprised by the service I received from White Glove starting with my initial phone call, text reminders, follow-up text, an on-time crew and wonderfully thorough cleaning job. My family has company in for the holidays so there are a lot of extra snacks and other stuff out in the kitchen and around the house in general. Julie and Kloud were professional, efficient and thorough. They asked which rooms were my priority cleaned them first and worked their way to the others. When they were unsure of how I wanted something done they had no problem asking. They even mopped themselves out the door on their way out. Did I mention we have dogs and cats? I was very excited to get a deep cleaning from this company. Their website looked great and they were efficient in making an appointment for me. I was however extremely disappointed and still am. I have contacted them numerous times via email so I could have it in writing. Long story short they have still not gotten back to me about my issues with their service. You'd better believe they charged me straight away for it though. But when it comes to me needing a resolution, it has not happened. I kindly waited over 2 months to post a review in hopes that they would get back to me. Even the owner said my email was "lost" apologized and said she would review it and get back to me by the end of the weekend. It never happened. Here are a few issues I had: -the job was never finished. I desperately needed a deep cleaning for a reason. I have 5 kids and pets. We aren't rich. I knew it would not be cheap. But but we needed it. They didn't even get through an 1800 square foot home. This was something to get for me so I could start fresh and not feel overwhelmed with all of the details -besides not being finished, the rooms that they said were completed were absolutely not completed. It wasn't even a decent regular house cleaning never mind a deep cleaning. -my husband and I went through and took pictures of what was leftover. For example: wet wiped cobwebs near ceilings, dusting on the front half of furniture but missing the back half of it, no dusting on anything that was by any means high but could be reached if your arm was stretched, washing the floor around an empty laundry basket instead of moving it, virtually nothing done in the kids rooms except maybe vacuumed but not behind anything or thoroughly, dirty back splash in the kitchen, my shower needed a hard water cleaner and the walls didn't even looked touched. None of the furniture was wet wiped whatsoever. There was no spot cleaning of the walls. Honestly I could go on. -getting charged over $600 for this "job" when I was quoted less. I completely understand you don't know what a job will be until you get there but they were going to charge me double to "finish up" my house which meant doing the living room that they completely did not touch. -I informed them that I had photos as well and still nothing was done -to top this all off I used to house clean. I know what a job entails. I did it for over 7 years. I know what a deep cleaning is. That is why I wanted one! I'm still disappointed and disgusted with their unprofessional, very expensive company. I was truly hoping for a job completed. A deep cleaning that was needed for my home and family. I do not even understand how this could have happened but to top it off to not even get a resolution. I've used this service on and off for almost a year now. I started off with a deep clean several months ago and then booked regular monthly services more recently. They have an efficient system for cleaning the whole house and bring all of their own equipment and supplies. The communication is great as well. Through email, phone call, and text, I know when the technicians are arriving and get reminder emails about upcoming cleanings. I contacted the management after an issue with a deep cleaning and they dismissed my complaint. The cleaning service was sub par at best ,they surfaced cleaned and did not do a deep clean which is what I was charged for. They do not resolve issues that happen in your home during the service and they do not complete the job. I will look for a more reliable ,honest company read more

I was disappointed with the move in cleaning experience. One bathroom was done beautifully but the other bathroom was not. Drawers in vanity weren't done. Top drawer still had beard clippings from electric razor! Gross! Kitchen cabinets had food crumbs and linen closet had dust bunnies on the floor. Light switches were still dirty. Feel bad not to give 5 stars but I feel it wasn't earned. Got an email saying it would be looked into and an apology but never heard from them again. read more

This company can't not handle big jobs at all. The staff showed up late and claim they started earlier then what they said, thus being charged more. They missed a lot of spots. All these positive reviews are from family and friends, don't believe them. Make sure you get everything in writing on what they will do or you will be out of luck. read more

I tried switching to White Glove from Merry Maids. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision. In the beginning, the company made many promises about the kind of service they would provide--and at what price. The company promised everything at the beginning and didn't deliver on any of their promises. Almost every week, there was an issue--either entire rooms were missed, the cleaning was not thorough, or they changed the cleaning time (we have complicated schedules, so this is tough for us). They also kept changing the quoted price, claiming they didn't properly account for certain square footage, and at that point I cancelled their services. Highly disappointed! I hired white glove for a move in cleaning. Technicians only cleaned areas visible by the eye. Thoroughness and pride in work was missing. I reached out to the owner to voice my displeasure and she blammed time restraints on why the quality of work was so poor. This was our first experience with a cleaning service, so we had no expectations. We received a estimated quote via email based on detailed description of our home (900 sq ft ranch). Two technicians started 15-20 mins after the 2pm start time. The cleaning service was averaged, based on our expeditions. The two technicians were very pleasant and professional inside our home. My issue is more with their business practices. We requested their deep cleaning services. The quote was 5-7 hours $200-$280, which was a reasonable amount of money in which we were willing to spend. Upon completion, the technicians voiced concerns of "excessive dust" which added 2.5 hours to the cleaning bringing the total to $380. We felt dust should have been expected in a deep cleaning. We keep a fairly neat home; dusting and vacuuming regularly. We tried to resolve our issues with the company directly with no success. We felt very deceived by the estimated quote. Be wary. Whatever they quote you, know that it will be double. read more
