I reached out to several different vendors and UCT was by far the most competitive. Stephanie was very responsive and quick, it was very easy to book the shuttles. I didn't have to actually use the shuttles myself but some of my colleagues said they were very nice and that the drivers were very friendly. They showed up on time and arrived at the destinations on time too. I even had to make a few last minute changes (start time and destination) and Stephanie was very willing to accommodate. Especially considering the fact that I was transported 30 or so minutes away from the vineyards we were about to visit & Elie went out of his way to come pick me up from the hospital after I was discharged so I could rejoin my group and take advantage of the remainder of the tour. The driver left us stranded at the bottom and we watched him come and go. So we paid $20 for an Uber. The driver was 29 minutes late to Saratoga Inn. It was muggy so we sat by the window in the lobby looking out the entire time. We were outside at the advertised pick up time 5:45 pm. The moment we saw the limo bus, which was hella late, we walked to the already open lobby doors and the driver literally didn't stop. He swung around, slowed down for 1/2 second and sped off! Humiliated and embarrased, we RAN after the bus yelling and waving our arms. We had official AXS Mountain Winery shuttle bus tickets! That means Urban Worldwide had our names and knew we needed picking up! Mind you we briefed the desk clerk and two hotel workers that we are on the limo bus and that we need to get on it. At the top of the mountain, we had our Uber driver drop us off to Urban Worldwide shuttle and the driver said he was there earlier which was untrue. He also showed us a text message that he thought was "proof" that we weren't there. This ruined part of the night. We were at the Inn at 5:30 PM ready to jump on the bus. It was creepy weird that we saw him drive up and drive off: It was like he purposely planned to abandon us. We asked him if he could please wait for us after the venue. We were literally at his mercy. He says, "You have 15 minutes!" Not polite. By the way, the website says we have 20 minutes to get on the shuttle. Anyway, afterward, I twisted my ankle and the driver did in fact wait and got us back to the Inn just fine. He didn't acknowledge wrong doing. I've rented a lot of limos and gotten a lot of rideshares. I've never experienced a driver who literally purposefully left us like that. The Saratoga Inn workers were witnesses and we discussed the situation with them. They washed their hands of it saying, "We have NOTHING to do with that limo bus. No connection." Urban Worldwide gets one star for the driver being totally cool on the way down. I don't know if I even want my money back for leaving us stranded during pick up: The company scares me and creeps me out.

At the time I made my deposit, I was never provided with a written contract, cancellation policy, or any document stating that my deposit was non-refundable. I was also never asked to acknowledge or sign any terms and conditions. When my transportation needs changed, I contacted the company to reduce my reservation from two vehicles to one. My expectation was that I would receive a revised invoice reflecting the actual cost of one vehicle. Instead, I was presented with a revised balance that did not logically or financially align with removing an entire vehicle from the reservation. Despite requesting clarification, I never received a transparent breakdown showing the cost of one vehicle, how the revised total was calculated, or why I was still being charged an amount that appeared to reflect much of the original two-vehicle reservation. Only after I questioned the charges was I provided information regarding the company's cancellation policy. I was also informed that a contract or written confirmation would be sent if I decided to proceed, which raised additional concerns because my deposit had already been accepted without a signed agreement or disclosed terms. Unfortunately, I lost confidence in moving forward with the reservation and chose to cancel. My advice to future couples is simple: before paying any deposit, ask for the complete contract, cancellation policy, pricing breakdown, and written terms. Make sure you understand exactly how deposits, reservation changes, and cancellations are handled before committing your money. I was disappointed by the overall experience and believe much of this situation could have been avoided with greater transparency from the beginning.
