    Great service, great driver his name was Mike. Very professional, easy going and accommodating. Talked with Nico and he was really easy to book and confirm everything. Bus was clean, nice comfortable seating and big enough we got the 20-24 seating bus.

    I recently celebrated a birthday and wanted to rent a limo with a group of friends. It was very much a last minute idea. So I sent a few inquiries to a number of local Bay Area limo companies with "good reviews". The responses I received were either short and dismissive (guessing it's because it was a last minute inquiry‍) or completely outrageous quoted rates. I was looking for a two hour ride staying within SF. One guy quoted a "flat rate" of over $1,000 ‍. Anyways, fast forward to getting a response from Ben of Epic the morning of. He was incredibly professional and honest. And the rate was more than doable! He even gave me an added hour as a birthday gift!!! The vehicle was a Sprinter able to fit about 8 of us. Sam was our driver and he was amazing and prompt! The reviews for Epic are not an exaggeration. They are AMAZING! They have a loyal customer in me now. Thank you for making my birthday extra special!!!!

    I am so happy with my experience at Epic Limousine and our driver Michael P! First off, I was throwing my mom a surprise party and he was so communicative he called me beforehand to go over the itinerary. I told him the situation and he was sooo accommodating the entire time! Such a nice guy, then he came right on time to pick us up with some water and champagne, and it was a long drive since it was up to Napa Valley to the winery. Michael was a trooper and we told him we had to use the bathroom so we were even able to stop for that and some snacks. Then we got to the winery and he was so patient and was letting me know about timing which was a good reminder for me since I'm forgetful. I'll have to say 10/10 experience and would definitely do it again!! Thank you Michael :)

We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable.     Saying that the current situation stinks is an understatement…read more I always avoid writing reviews in the heat of a moment. This is to avoid ranting and whining instead of giving a fair and unbiased review. This time, I'll go with the contrary. So I took megabus' 6 am trip back to Burbank. Boarded at the Caltrain station in San Francisco, bus picked more passengers in San Jose and off we go. Bus stopped at Gilroy. Driver was quiet but we sensed something wrong. Few minutes later, she announced we have a flat tire. You would think they will get the nearest road assistance but no, we have to wait for one of their own from the nearest bus depot. Guess where our savior will come from? All the way from San Francisco with an ETA of 2-3 hours. I'm not even sure how long they'll be able to fix it when help arrives. I'm hoping the worst won't happen...that the tire can't be fixed. If that's the case, I don't know what will be my other options if there's any. Hitchhiking?

Unfortunately, on Tuesday May 16, 2023 your second day back to serving Sacramento to San Francisco. I missed my first bus due to your new track my bus feature. Unfortunately, it was not accurate with glitches which cause me to miss the bus all together. So I re-booked later that same day and your new tracking feature worked flawless. I had the perfect experience. I was wondering if you would be able to refund my first booking or even a credit voucher would be nice as I already have future trips planned. Thank you for your consideration. Megabus response: Hello and thank you for contacting Megabus Customer Service. I am sorry to hear you missed your bus!    I understand you are requesting that refund be provided, however as outlined and stated in in the terms and conditions prior to proceeding with the purchase, all ticket sales are final.   We suggest that all passengers be at the bus stop location 15 minutes before boarding to ensure timely boarding as we cannot hold the doors open for passengers who are unable to make their trip. Umbrella Bus barely got our passengers from Point A to Point B, did not do so efficiently, and arguably didn't do it terribly safely. We booked Umbrella for a 54-passenger shuttle to transport wedding guests from our wedding hotel to our ceremony venue, and then from the ceremony venue to the reception venue ($1050 total). I confirmed this itinerary with their staff by email and phone several times (at least three), because they kept sending me invoices that only showed a partial itinerary, but they assured me that they had the correct itinerary written down and would read off the correct itinerary on the phone when I called. On the first trip, the bus driver got the bottom of the bus stuck on a steep hill, rendering it unable to move. Guests had to walk nearly a quarter mile from where the bus got stuck to the ceremony site. The bus was also blocking the entrance to the park where the ceremony was held, meaning that park visitors and several wedding guests who were behind it were severely delayed in getting into the park. We had a couple of guests who missed some of the wedding ceremony because the bus blocked the entrance for so long. It would've been 3.5 stars if only for this, since it wasn't 100% the driver's fault, though he should really have known what the buses he drives are able to handle. On the second trip, though, despite me confirming the destinations in the itinerary with Umbrella MULTIPLE TIMES, the driver had somehow been given the wrong destination by their dispatch, and took guests back to the hotel instead of to the wedding reception venue. My family members had to argue with the driver, who insisted that he'd been told to take everyone back to the hotel, and "I'm only doing two trips, how will people get back to the hotel?" but he eventually relented and took everyone to the reception instead, but meant that most of the guests were delayed by quite a bit in getting to the reception. This definitely wasn't the driver's fault though, and was clearly the fault of the company/dispatch. He did eventually take the guests where they needed to go, which we appreciate.
