Our experience started with the extremely fast and clear communication from their associates on Yelp. They answered all my questions and were able to provide me with an all inclusive quote. The day of transportation went great. Our driver was a few minutes late, but otherwise absolutely amazing. He was able to get us where we needed to go efficiently and did a great job. We hit some traffic and he was able to take a shortcut around it, allowing us to arrive on time to our final destination instead of arriving late. Our driver ended up playing music and smoking outside our final drop off location. I did not love this, as it was directly in front of the business and did not give the best impression. Best experience ever!!! We booked Epic Limo for our wedding photo shoot session. It was a 6 hour photo shoot trip from 3pm to 9pm at 4 different locations around the SF area. Since both my husband and I will be dressed up and it'll be hard to move around, we decided to book a Limo. I messaged a bunch of diff business, and Epic's Limo's response was the best. First they were very prompt. Second, they took time to read my note, and suggested that, given our needs, instead of a stretch limo (which will be hard to drive around the city), we should get a SUV. That really stands out because most other businesses didn't even get the basic info from my note. This showed me that the owner really cares about the customers' experience on the day. Before the big day Epic contacted me several times to confirm and send me receipts and ask for detailed itinerary. Given that our photo shoot will take place at some nature-y scene, we don't have traditional 'street addresses' to give, and instead we sent google map drop-down pins as links, and to our surprise, Joe, our driver, was able to figure it out, and dropped us off at the exact right location every time during the trip. We also had to add a stop half way, and Joe was very accommodating and made the change immediately. During the trip, everytime I get on or off the car, he would extend the foldable step below the car so instead of taking a big step I can take 2 small steps to get on/off the car, which was crucial given that I was in very big wedding dress that's very hard to move around in. We had specific needs when it came to booking transportation for the day of our wedding and Epic was the only company to work with us to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. We needed three shuttles for the day of our wedding, 2 sprinter vans to take the bride and bridesmaids and groom and groomsmen separately and a larger bus to take the entire group back to our hotel at the end of the night. I needed to get a party bus for a trip on Sunday and didn't know if any place would have something so last minute but Epic Limo came to my rescue. I requested a quote on the Wednesday before the intended weekend of the trip and Epic Limo answered my inquiry within 20 minutes. They were prompt and professional when replying to emails and extremely flexible. (I definitely had to change the number of people and the locations multiple times while planning.) Having that flexibility while putting a trip together just made everything easier. They asked for a pickup time/location and a rough itinerary and we were set! They required the initial payment up front (Quoted x amount for 6 hours), and all extra charges (additional hours) was charged to my card the day after the event.
