To my astonishment, she asked me to bring a similar item to her. Me, the customer will bring the item to the SA, seriously? Since when do customers work for a ROSS SA? When, never!!! With an attitude like that, you should NEVER work In retail that involves more customer service period. To management of Ross please improve your hiring and training process.
