I walked in and was greeted by a couple of employees. One lady was familiar to me as I remembered her from a prior visit to store, her name was Laurel. I walked around with my bag in the cuff of my elbow. This one particular employee who did not greet me kept looking at me, as I walked past her she was trying to look in my Jos. A. Banks bag as I walked by, it was freaking obvious. I stopped at a rack and looked at the clothes and guess who was close by. As I went to the counter to pay for the various earrings that I was going to purchase, oh the bill came up to $175.00, the associate was at the counter talking to another customer who was checking out. As I finished my sale, I asked Laurel and the dark haired assoc. who the woman was and she said that her name was "Liz, she's the owner". I told them that I wasn't feeling her and that she was trying to look inside my bag as I walked by. Liz made me feel very uncomfortable today. I guessed she assumed that because I'm a BLACK female that I was going to steal. I left the store and was hurt and angry. I still may call up to the store. Liz made my usually happy experience a stomach turning experience today. This was the first time I saw her as I have not seen her in the store on previous visits. I have been to the Skippack location which is closer to my house in the past with NO issues. This is the first time that I was humiliated at the Horsham store which is close to my job. I love the merchandise at Head Over Heels but it's not worth the humiliation of being followed or looked at suspiciously. Sadly this will probably be my LAST visit at the Horsham location. I may be done completely especially if Liz is the owner of all of these stores. Racism is alive and real.

They always have Mad Elf on tap at Christmas time so I load up a few growlers...it's become a tradition. But their tap list is ever changing. Plus whether bottled, canned or on tap, their prices are the best around. Now, the staff...there are a lot of them. They are always stocking shelves, they are always offering help and they are always friendly. What a concept...great customer service! I wish more businesses would adopt the idea. They have a "must wear a mask in the store policy" which is also, I believe, a PA requirement. But the cashier, in the center of the store, had her mask around her neck. We asked her to put it on and she ignored us. We asked again and she ignored our request. I asked a third time and she rudely said I'm behind my plexiglass. A small piece of plexiglass in one place doesn't offset the fact that she's in the center of the store surrounded on all sides by customers and open space. Claire's makes a big fuss about safety, and following the guidelines, and requiring customers to wear masks, yet allows their staff to break these guidelines and be rude to customers. Not only is it bad business, and inconsiderate, but it is not compliant with PA safety requirements. It's a shame, I was in with my daughter and had plenty of other things we wanted to buy but didn't feel comfortable being there so left. I'll be cancelling my order (I had shipped it to store) and taking my business to a store that cares about customer safety.

So knowledgeable of the different shoe fits and styles, and very accommodating of my tons of questions. He answered all my questions, helped me pick out and try several different shoes, and we ended up finding a shoe that was incredibly comfortable and a great fit for my feet. He went above and beyond in bringing me a huge selection from inventory - even though the original shoes were purchased downtown, and I was just going to be exchanging them in his store. With people like Nick to help me, I'll definitely be back to check out the selection of shoes they have this Spring!
