Ilona took me in at the last minute because I was leaving on a trip for 3 weeks and my lashes were a real mess. She fixed them with mostly all new lashes, I love them. The salon was clean and Ilona was gentle and professional with my eyelids. Trust is huge with eyes, I really trust Ilona and she will be doing my lashes from now on. She pays attention to detail, listened to what I wanted, kept me informed as to how the color was lifting during our sessions and she is very kind and personable. We ended up doing ink removal twice. It lifted a lot of old color and then we did a powdered brow. I wanted a natural look as much as possible with my previously botched tattoos. it looks amazing!
