We got on their every-other-month plan a few years ago. We were told there would be no charge for service if we had problems between treatments. Well, that is a complete lie. During the last year, we had to call them out a few times for extra service, and we paid every single time. My husband called. Somehow, we had been changed to the plan for every six weeks, despite having signed a contract otherwise. Fast forward to December 2025, and I saw a mouse or two. We live across from a creek and greenbelt, so this is not surprising. My husband called, and the next morning, I arrived home from an errand to find a gentleman spraying insecticide outside my home. It was not time for that, and we weren't having insect problems. What in the world? I approached him about the mice, and he had not been told that we had mice. This was quite off-putting. I told him where I saw the two mice that I had seen, nowhere near my kitchen, and he insisted that they were in the kitchen. He put down several glue traps, walked away, and we were charged another $100+. Merry Christmas! One of the glue traps that I insisted be placed outside the kitchen did, in fact, catch a mouse (NONE of the kitchen traps have caught anything). We put traps that we purchased in a few closets where we found evidence, and have since caught four more, nowhere near the kitchen. Yes, we know we had a serious problem. I think we're near the end of this thing, because our fabulous dog, who has become quite the avid mouser, is not on alert anymore. Regardless, we will not be using White Knight to help with this, or anything else in the future. read more

They would be inside their trucks parked on the street longer then they would be at my residence. I was still getting earwigs I have bees and a beehive, but they claim the chemicals are natural and won't affect them. Here's the fun part, when you cancel service they will first try and convince you to stay, and if that doesn't work they will bully you into staying by bullshit charges even if you fulfilled your contract. I highly advise against this company. They have not provided the service that was agreed upon. Whatever the salesman tells you is probably not going to happen. Do not trust their company reps either to follow through when you call to address issues. If you get quarterly service, it is probably "Quarterly Elite" which is bi-monthly although they will argue that it is in a window between 60-90 days but always ended up bi-monthly for me. They will not service bait stations. Even after specifically requesting "Rodent Shield", mine were not refilled when I manually checked after their services. Surprise, we still had rodent problems while they were servicing our properties. The tech simply walks around the exterior with a 1 gallon looking pump sprayer shooting a stream around the exterior of the property and is onsite for only a few minutes before driving off to the next. You can do this yourself for a few dollars per treatment. After calling multiple times to address issues with service and items not being addressed as outlined in the agreement, I finally asked to cancel my service due to their inability to provide the service that they claim to offer. A heads up if you call to cancel, they are probably going to keep you on the phone for the better part off an hour, charge you for another service, and threaten to send you to collections. The $439.96 charge for cancellation was especially bothersome to me since I was cancelling because they were not able to honor their agreement or correct the issues after calling. Their representative, Clarissa, was unwilling to budge or acknowledge that they had done anything wrong. There was also no set appointment for another service so their 30 day cancellation is a very broad power for them to enforce. It was just a bad experience and I had several properties with them. Update 9-8-25: We asked White Knight Pest Control to send someone out to spray the inside of our house now that many of the boxes have been emptied. They sent Braxton and he was wonderful! He addressed our concerns and answered all our questions. We appreciate that he wore the booties over his boots we provided him when entering our home. May I suggest the company provide booties for their technicians when they need to spray the inside of customer's homes? We highly recommend Braxton! Avoid This Company at All Costs! I had a horrible experience with this company from start to finish. They failed every single time to meet the most basic contractual obligations, and I've documented my frustrations in multiple calls, texts, and reviews. First, their technicians lied about showing up--not once, but twice. They didn't knock, didn't notify me, yet somehow claimed they sprayed my locked backyard and the interior of my house without me knowing. The other visits lasted less than five minutes, and they didn't spray the required 50 feet in all directions. When I requested re-services, they admitted they didn't have enough product to do the job properly and just sprayed the perimeter. One of the worst experiences was when a technician didn't show up at all--no call, no notice--wasting my entire day. When I called to follow up, I was told there were no technicians in the area, and they'd need to reschedule. I only found that out after I called to ask why no one had come. After my complaints, I was told my bill would be lowered to $39/month for the remainder of the contract. That was effective for one month (July), but then they promptly bumped it back to $49/month, going against what their customer service rep had agreed to retain me as a customer. Let's not forget, they billed me monthly but only performed services quarterly. I paid way more than I ever should have for services they barely delivered--when they actually showed up. This is gross negligence and borderline fraud. After multiple attempts I finally was able to cancel my account but now I am being harassed and threatened with collections for a $98 balance plus a $10 late fee. Avoid them at all costs! A special note to Shelby, the manager responding to all the negative reviews: You can keep making excuses and acting like the unsatisfied customers are the problem, but the truth is your company's repeated failures and dishonesty are the real issue. We got roped into a year contract with this company, we've had the visits from their technicians. First thing they don't notify you that they're on your property so you have to wait til your cameras trigger because they won't knock or ring your doorbell they'll just start spraying. In addition to that because they never notify you that they're there they've missed my interior of my home at least 4 of the 6 services they've done because I don't find out they were working and they've already gone. They're pretty expensive for what they provide, I was definitely oversold and they under delivered. One of their techs put a mouse trap in my condensation drip tray for my HVAC, I had to vacuum up mice turds because he attracted them to that spot. Not only did their treatments not work, they are continuing to charge my card for services not completed. Originally the customer service rep (Braden?) appeared at my house, on a moped, while I was outside doing yard work, at close to 7:00 PM on July 03, 2024. The day before a holiday, asking me to switch my pest control company as it was significantly cheaper than the company I was currently using. I WAS NEVER SHOWN A CONTRACT! I WAS TOLD TO SIGN THE RECIEPT FOR THE $59.99. Which I did. Then I was promised that I would only need sprayed bi-monthly at $59.99 each time I was being sprayed. This is false. According to them. I am being charged monthly at $59.99, but only sprayed as bi-monthly. So I am really paying over $100.00 each spray. This is $30.00 more than I was paying for my current company, so why would I have went to a new company (who's chemicals are more toxic) to pay more than the current company I was using? I called to complain, the second month when I was charged again for the $59.99. I was told that the rep could not help as it was not her department (FYI this is a theme...) and they attempted to transfer me but, that department was busy and promised a call back. A call back that I never received. Then a few weeks later, my card was charged $231. Why? Because I cancelled my contract that I never saw and that I never actually talked to anyone about. So a telephone call inquiring why I am being charged monthly, to be told I would get a call back, to never get a call back means that I was canceling a contract (that I never knew about) and was to be charged $231 for canceling said contract. I tried to dispute with my bank but, because there is a contract with my signature (again, I was signing for the receipt on a tiny asf ipad) they are stating I have to work it out with White Knight. I called, again, today to be told that they cannot handle my claim and I would need to be transferred to the department that handles it... which is conveniently busy, yet again, and would need to call me back. I would imagine that I will not be getting a call back. What is all funny about this is that the rep (from 07/03/2024) and I were talking about the struggles of being a single mom and how the spraying would be cheaper and help me save money while still protecting my child. So, not only was I lied to but, I was manipulated by this sales rep and now being manipulated by this company. I will be taking legal action as I am tired of companies continuing to take advantage of their customers. Granted, I will probably spend more in legal fees than what I am owed, which is why I am assuming they are targeting folks and stealing their money because it wouldn't be worth fighting over $231 ultimately. However, I am so sick of the way this company treated me and the way they have manipulated me knowing that I probably don't have the means to fight them. Overall, I had my house sprayed ONCE. Bluf: they've become rude and will waste your time with no sort of apology. Have been with this company for quite awhile. We moved out of state and then moved back and returned to service with WK. For the first few months of the new service some stuff seemed off. Not with the techs we received, but with the customer service side of it. Every time we called they were short and acted like we were bothering them. Well in October we bought a house and called to have our service moved. They stated that we had to be home between 8am - 6pm because they couldn't give us a better window than that. My wife took off to do this and be available. Well come around 3 I think we called to ensure that the tech was still coming. They assured us that yes he will be there. Well come 7 pm and no tech! So this disrespect of wasting our entire day we emailed them to cancel the service. We called a new service and they were out the next day and we're able to tell us an hour window. Here a month afterwards. I get an email for a balance of $200 something and an email saying they need to talk to me before they cancel and how theyve tried to get a hold of me. Not a single call or voicemail was received. I call into the customer service line and tell them our situation, and they tell me a manager is going to call me tomorrow. Well guess, what they never called. so I called at 530 pm and finally get a manager. While sounding as little least concern as possible she pretty much told me tough stuff you either pay the cancellation or they can continue my service and then at the end of the period give them 30 day notice that we don't want to continue. When we moved to the community, I signed up with Signature pest control and a week later, White Knight Pest Control sales rep tried to sell service to me by lying that there is no cancellation fee for signature pest control service and White Knight will cover if any. Later when I called signature pest control, I was told there is a $400 cancellation fee. When I called White Knigh, i was told that I already signed a contract so I have to stick with you for at least 6 services. When i contacted the rep who sold me the service, he got angry and blocked me. Even after i completed all these services, they disgreed to close account and one the mentally retarded rude employee Miguel from cancellation department just tried his best to provoke me so he can just hung up the call. they kept on asking for another $80 for not giving 30 days notice when i called them 90 days ahead. He just wanted to offer flat $33 service for lifetime. what kind of attitude is this. I had to call 3 times to explain the whole history 3 times then a nice lady helped out and cancel the service . Every time they came they missed widow eggs along outside backyard window area, a mud dauber nest that was HUGE on back window, webs, widow spiders, etc. A good company would allow you to break a contract and cancel services when THEY dont render services as they promised. I accidentally opened my door to Jordan at 6 pm thinking that he was my delivery man. Jordan was condescending and looked angry when I finally closed the door on him. My camera also caught him calling me a fucken retard. My camera also showed that White Knight (different salesmen from Jordan) made two more appearances, knocking and ringing my doorbell. I checked the footage for earlier in the day, guess what? Jordan had already visited at about 2:50 in the afternoon. In the footage, he clearly saw the no soliciting sign above my doorbell because he was touching it, but continued to ring the bell and knock on the door. A young kid came to my door riding on a Segway and wearing a White Knight Pest Control shirt with black shorts here in the Bella Terra subdivision of Temple Texas on July 12, 2025. He appeared to be really young maybe 15 years old. All I know is that he seemed younger than my son who is 16 years old. He gave me the whole spill about the product and then asked who I was currently using for pest control services. I told him that I wasn't interested. He continued trying to sell me the product even after I told him several more times that I wasn't interested. Then he became even more aggressive and offering me discounts if I signed up right then. He started off at a higher price and then offered a lower price if I signed up right then. I believe he told me it would cost about $600 or $700 per year and would come do treatments for bugs every 3 months. The way he explained it was even more confusing. I wasn't exactly sure how much it would cost or even what I would be getting if I signed up. Again I told him that I wasn't interested and didn't want the service but he wouldn't stop. It got to the point where he became even more aggressive and angry. He appeared not to be giving truthful information about the services that would be provided. He had no real life experiences in knowing the value of money and the impact of buying the services would be to a family with kids. I could tell this kid being so young has never worked in a real job that requires having good people skills and empathy for others. If people are going to buy a product or service they want to have the reassurance that the person they are doing business with is honest and sincere. This kid had none of that. He was very cold and unprofessional and seemed only interested in making the sale and putting money in his own pocket. He didn't come across as someone that was trustworthy or that you would want to do business with. I would stay away from this company at all costs. Talked to some of my other neighbors and they all said the same thing about this kid coming to their door. Hopefully, no one from this company will ever come to my door again trying to sell me pest control services because I will never trust anyone from this company again. read more

I would leave this company zero stars if I could. Scammers through and through. The first red flag was the incredibly poor servicing some of their employees provide. Then they expect to be tipped afterwards. The last straw was when they convinced our entire new build neighborhood that everyone had termites, scamming multiple people out of a LOT of money. Come to find out, the 1k equipment is not even yours, and you have to pay an additional and very costly reoccurring fee to "service" these. For a pest company, they oddly find ways for you to constantly be paying more for them to actually do any work. Any real issue you may have will be additional costs. Their scope of work that is covered could be done by my teenager. Also, it is nearly impossible to cancel with them. I had a balance of ZERO yesterday but when the "customer advocate" added up treatments and payments (over 3 years), she decided we still owed 6 payments (at cancellation) that apparently were missed? I will add I was on automatic payments, and once again my balance was ZERO. I don't know how one even goes about this, fighting these added charges, or even figuring this out, but i can assure you they don't care about their customers and are extremely money hungry.
