Sketchy, rude, and aggressive door to door sales people who will keep harassing you. In one day, my house got visited by White Knight four times. I accidentally opened my door to Jordan at 6 pm thinking that he was my delivery man. Jordan was condescending and looked angry when I finally closed the door on him. My camera also caught him calling me a fucken retard. My camera also showed that White Knight (different salesmen from Jordan) made two more appearances, knocking and ringing my doorbell. I checked the footage for earlier in the day, guess what? Jordan had already visited at about 2:50 in the afternoon. In the footage, he clearly saw the no soliciting sign above my doorbell because he was touching it, but continued to ring the bell and knock on the door. Do not use this company, my son and daughter in law moved to OK in September. They have used this company for a few months with no issues until yesterday when a new technician showed up. After he left her wedding ring was gone!! My daughter in law called White Knight they said they would call the technician and all they kept telling her was that he would not answer... That is all they did, she has called them back several times to get answers and they will not return her calls... This is a serious situation that you would think a company would take the time to investigate, question the employee, anything??Instead, they decide to do nothing and ignore the situation... very unprofessional and if I were the owner I would be ashamed of this. A young kid came to my door riding on a Segway and wearing a White Knight Pest Control shirt with black shorts here in the Bella Terra subdivision of Temple Texas on July 12, 2025. He appeared to be really young maybe 15 years old. All I know is that he seemed younger than my son who is 16 years old. He gave me the whole spill about the product and then asked who I was currently using for pest control services. I told him that I wasn't interested. He continued trying to sell me the product even after I told him several more times that I wasn't interested. Then he became even more aggressive and offering me discounts if I signed up right then. He started off at a higher price and then offered a lower price if I signed up right then. I believe he told me it would cost about $600 or $700 per year and would come do treatments for bugs every 3 months. The way he explained it was even more confusing. I wasn't exactly sure how much it would cost or even what I would be getting if I signed up. Again I told him that I wasn't interested and didn't want the service but he wouldn't stop. It got to the point where he became even more aggressive and angry. He appeared not to be giving truthful information about the services that would be provided. He had no real life experiences in knowing the value of money and the impact of buying the services would be to a family with kids. I could tell this kid being so young has never worked in a real job that requires having good people skills and empathy for others. If people are going to buy a product or service they want to have the reassurance that the person they are doing business with is honest and sincere. This kid had none of that. He was very cold and unprofessional and seemed only interested in making the sale and putting money in his own pocket. He didn't come across as someone that was trustworthy or that you would want to do business with. I would stay away from this company at all costs. Talked to some of my other neighbors and they all said the same thing about this kid coming to their door. Hopefully, no one from this company will ever come to my door again trying to sell me pest control services because I will never trust anyone from this company again. read more

I would leave this company zero stars if I could. Scammers through and through. The first red flag was the incredibly poor servicing some of their employees provide. Then they expect to be tipped afterwards. The last straw was when they convinced our entire new build neighborhood that everyone had termites, scamming multiple people out of a LOT of money. Come to find out, the 1k equipment is not even yours, and you have to pay an additional and very costly reoccurring fee to "service" these. For a pest company, they oddly find ways for you to constantly be paying more for them to actually do any work. Any real issue you may have will be additional costs. Their scope of work that is covered could be done by my teenager. Also, it is nearly impossible to cancel with them. I had a balance of ZERO yesterday but when the "customer advocate" added up treatments and payments (over 3 years), she decided we still owed 6 payments (at cancellation) that apparently were missed? I will add I was on automatic payments, and once again my balance was ZERO. I don't know how one even goes about this, fighting these added charges, or even figuring this out, but i can assure you they don't care about their customers and are extremely money hungry. I currently have been searching for a pest control until a week ago. I was driving through a neighborhood and seen a truck parked outside a house and two nice gentleman had waved at me. I looked at their truck and realized that they were pest control so I decided to look them up. I had also called other places for quotes and white knight was by far the cheapest place!! (They have awesome and affordable package prices) When it came to the day of the service, I was greeted with a gentleman name, Robert is kind and very polite. He taught me so many things. his honesty also goes above and beyond compared to most people. He is super friendly and very well mannered. He addressed any questions and concerns I had. I will now be able to sleep at peace, knowing that he was able to help me out. I am glad to say I went with white knight.. I do recommend them 110% & they are very trustworthy people. read more

We have used this company for a year now. They always send a text, email and phone call confirming the appointment. They come to the door when they arrive to let me know they are there and at the end of the service call they let me know what was done and if anything was found. One particular call we were not home, and the technician heard a gas leak and went to my neighbor who reached us and had the gas company come out immediately to inspect, there was indeed a leak! Very thankful to the technician! Whenever I tell them we have noticed spiders, etc they treat right away. read more

We would always have massive spiders. Including brown recluse. Even when they would respray. They would not honor my payment date request. I asked them for the 13th. They said they can do that, they never did they took the money at service. Which was when ever and they would only notify you the night before their tech comes, assuming you have the money. They double charged me. I tried to them they over charged, they kept claiming it was for past service, however my bank shows every other month payment was made. They wouldn't listen. Just don't. We had absolutely zero earwigs with the last company we had and we've had a ton of them this year even after spraying. When my wife mentioned that to him, his response was that everyone does. Also, he showed absolutely no concern or regard for my flower beds and new seedlings. I have areas marked with rocks and mulch to show where to not step and he had the hose piled up on my flowers and in addition to standing on them. When I got upset about it his reply was how was he supposed to know where I had things planted. How about you look around and try to be considerate! my wife had offered to move her truck so he had a direct shot through the front yard and into the backyard and his hose wouldn't have been drug through everything but he didn't want to take the time to roll his hose up and get back in his truck. I usually tip the people who come out and spray and I've never had a complaint about any of them until today! WORST pest company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I could leave them zero stars. Not only was I tricked into signing a 12 month contract to "try" their services, but they are not willing to make any accommodations even after sustaining a traumatic brain injury so bad I couldn't even walk from my bed to the bathroom without help. The very first service the technician left a checklist of things he claimed to have done. He only did one of the three items checked off so I had to call to schedule another service and actually watch them perform said service. Every interaction with them from day one has been a pain in the a**. I had a card placed on file for autopay and they even managed to screw that up. They never once automatically charged the card I had given them, leading my bill to go to collections because I couldn't get on the phone to talk to someone. (I had to go to speech therapy to regain my ability to speak from this injury.) They never spent more than 5 minutes spraying what could not have been the entire property line and they never once sprayed inside the house. I found many bugs between services as a result. As someone new to Oklahoma, I asked multiple technicians what types of bugs and pests are big concerns out here and not a single one of them was able to answer my questions. When I called for a fly and gnat issue in the home, the technician they sent only placed a single small glue adhesive on one window, thinking that would adequately address the issue. Even when told all this information, White Knight Pest Control seems to still think they are the best in the area. Their services are not worth $40 per service let alone $99. I could and have previously done a better job spraying the house myself with pesticides purchased from Home Depot. I've never been so appalled by a business. read more

My tenets wanted to cancel service after this experience which is completely understandable. After explaining the situation to White Knight, they did not care, awful customer service and they still want to charge me $320 dollars based on the "initial discount received on the first service." My average service was 79 dollars. No one on this planet pays $320 dollars for a first service, just their way of getting money out of someone when they cancel. The company that I did have an agreement with, for whatever reason turned my scheduled home pest control over to White Knight Pest Control. I tried to calling White Knight but could never get anyone on the phone and when I did I told them I no longer needed it because I found another company. They sent out a sprayer anyway and billed me. The customer service rep Hannah was rude and said she was going to turn me in to collections because I put a stop payment on the work....
