I would leave this company zero stars if I could. Scammers through and through. The first red flag was the incredibly poor servicing some of their employees provide. Then they expect to be tipped afterwards. The last straw was when they convinced our entire new build neighborhood that everyone had termites, scamming multiple people out of a LOT of money. Come to find out, the 1k equipment is not even yours, and you have to pay an additional and very costly reoccurring fee to "service" these. For a pest company, they oddly find ways for you to constantly be paying more for them to actually do any work. Any real issue you may have will be additional costs. Their scope of work that is covered could be done by my teenager. Also, it is nearly impossible to cancel with them. I had a balance of ZERO yesterday but when the "customer advocate" added up treatments and payments (over 3 years), she decided we still owed 6 payments (at cancellation) that apparently were missed? I will add I was on automatic payments, and once again my balance was ZERO. I don't know how one even goes about this, fighting these added charges, or even figuring this out, but i can assure you they don't care about their customers and are extremely money hungry. Finally, their customer service is atrocious. Combative and agressive. They have no issue lying right to your face. STAY AWAY from White Knight Pest control. I currently have been searching for a pest control until a week ago. I was driving through a neighborhood and seen a truck parked outside a house and two nice gentleman had waved at me. I looked at their truck and realized that they were pest control so I decided to look them up. I had also called other places for quotes and white knight was by far the cheapest place!! (They have awesome and affordable package prices) When it came to the day of the service, I was greeted with a gentleman name, Robert is kind and very polite. He taught me so many things. his honesty also goes above and beyond compared to most people. He is super friendly and very well mannered. He addressed any questions and concerns I had. I will now be able to sleep at peace, knowing that he was able to help me out. I am glad to say I went with white knight.. I do recommend them 110% & they are very trustworthy people. read more

It is almost impossible to stop these people. I did not realize they required a 30 day notice to cancel service. They failed to inform me of such when I called. Was then charged a years fee for it. Trying to work with them on a payment plan was impossible. I would not recommend this service due to their baiting contract. read more

We have used this company for a year now. They always send a text, email and phone call confirming the appointment. They come to the door when they arrive to let me know they are there and at the end of the service call they let me know what was done and if anything was found. One particular call we were not home, and the technician heard a gas leak and went to my neighbor who reached us and had the gas company come out immediately to inspect, there was indeed a leak! Very thankful to the technician! Whenever I tell them we have noticed spiders, etc they treat right away. read more

They take care of the inside spraying any time free of charge for being a. White Knight customer. How great is that ! Solicitors refuse to take no for answer and attempt to prey on the elderly. They're sketchy and rude.

We would always have massive spiders. Including brown recluse. Even when they would respray. They would not honor my payment date request. I asked them for the 13th. They said they can do that, they never did they took the money at service. Which was when ever and they would only notify you the night before their tech comes, assuming you have the money. They double charged me. I tried to them they over charged, they kept claiming it was for past service, however my bank shows every other month payment was made. They wouldn't listen. SCAMMERS!!! When I called to sign up for services and they signed me up for some BS promotional $100 off if I pay for 6 services. I'm moving and tried to cancel but they are trying to make me pay the $100 discount back. I never asked for a promotional offer, never agreed to 6 treatments of service and the customer service line is useless. This was the absolute worst experience with a "professional" company. Their pest control service is horrible but it's nothing compared to their customer service. If you have a problem don't expect them to help you and if you decide you want to cancel because they don't do a good job? Good luck. They will continue to charge you and lie to you stating that it has been cancelled. Of course that's if by the off chance they actually decide to transfer you to a supposed "customer advocate" to get your service canceled. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Our neighborhood has a sign clearly posted for no solicitation. what that rep did was completely uncalled for on multiple levels. Just don't. We had absolutely zero earwigs with the last company we had and we've had a ton of them this year even after spraying. When my wife mentioned that to him, his response was that everyone does. Also, he showed absolutely no concern or regard for my flower beds and new seedlings. I have areas marked with rocks and mulch to show where to not step and he had the hose piled up on my flowers and in addition to standing on them. When I got upset about it his reply was how was he supposed to know where I had things planted. How about you look around and try to be considerate! my wife had offered to move her truck so he had a direct shot through the front yard and into the backyard and his hose wouldn't have been drug through everything but he didn't want to take the time to roll his hose up and get back in his truck. I usually tip the people who come out and spray and I've never had a complaint about any of them until today! Absolutely awful company. Do not recommend. I am a homeowner with younger female tenets in my house. The techs were awful, unprofessional and rude. My tenets wanted to cancel service after this experience which is completely understandable. After explaining the situation to White Knight, they did not care, awful customer service and they still want to charge me $320 dollars based on the "initial discount received on the first service." My average service was 79 dollars. No one on this planet pays $320 dollars for a first service, just their way of getting money out of someone when they cancel. WORST pest company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I could leave them zero stars. Not only was I tricked into signing a 12 month contract to "try" their services, but they are not willing to make any accommodations even after sustaining a traumatic brain injury so bad I couldn't even walk from my bed to the bathroom without help. The very first service the technician left a checklist of things he claimed to have done. He only did one of the three items checked off so I had to call to schedule another service and actually watch them perform said service. Every interaction with them from day one has been a pain in the a**. I had a card placed on file for autopay and they even managed to screw that up. They never once automatically charged the card I had given them, leading my bill to go to collections because I couldn't get on the phone to talk to someone. (I had to go to speech therapy to regain my ability to speak from this injury.) They never spent more than 5 minutes spraying what could not have been the entire property line and they never once sprayed inside the house. I found many bugs between services as a result. As someone new to Oklahoma, I asked multiple technicians what types of bugs and pests are big concerns out here and not a single one of them was able to answer my questions. When I called for a fly and gnat issue in the home, the technician they sent only placed a single small glue adhesive on one window, thinking that would adequately address the issue. Even when told all this information, White Knight Pest Control seems to still think they are the best in the area. Their services are not worth $40 per service let alone $99. I could and have previously done a better job spraying the house myself with pesticides purchased from Home Depot. I've never been so appalled by a business. read more

This company I have never dealt with, I had a company that I did have an agreement with but no signed documentation. The company that I did have an agreement with, for whatever reason turned my scheduled home pest control over to White Knight Pest Control. I tried to calling White Knight but could never get anyone on the phone and when I did I told them I no longer needed it because I found another company. They sent out a sprayer anyway and billed me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I would actually give them a -10 for professionalism, customer service, product, and reliability!!! The man I talked to never returns calls (844) 512-2687, never explained the the process of payments or repercussions. The customer service rep Hannah was rude and said she was going to turn me in to collections because I put a stop payment on the work.... Reason being they sprayed twice ... first time told me I had to leave my home for an hour but in the beginning said it would not harm people or animals... always wanted to come respray because it didn't work had it resprayed and had more infestation of bugs inside and out and continued to want to respray!!! When called to cancel the next spray they wanted to spray organic crap to be more healthy!!!!!! So now they say OWE THEM 200$ for a product that didn't work !!!!
