I recently had work done on some rings. There were two things in my experience working retail for over 43 years, that I was unhappy with. First, I found the store manager Valerie to be unpleasant, matter of fact. Second, I was told that I would receive a text message when the work was finished, which I never received. I should of listened to my neighbor, who has lived in the White Mountain area for many years. She recommended Helmut the Jeweler, who I plan to go to in the near future. read more

10.24.23 Jeweler said he found my piece of gold that he retained. I went to pick it up and upon further inspection it was not my setting. The item was too small both length and width of my setting. He took the small item back and said he would look for my white gold setting. I offered to help him search however he declined. I took a seat at the store and he immediately came out from the back and said he will call me when he finds it. I had my hopes up and I am extremely disappointed it hasn't yet been returned. read more

I've had work done there over the years, didn't think much of them even though they seemed to do a good to far job. This last time though was it. they resised a ring for me and after a few months it cracked, I took it back a few months later only to find out it had been over a year. They tell me that their poor workmanship is not covered after a year. The upside is, it could have been something much more costly. So don't even take your dog's stuff there. read more
