I used this store because it was close to my home for about a year until the manager shorted me on a fuel purchase. She set the pump for the correct amount I paid, but stopped it midway through my pumping. I returned with the receipt and asked for the fuel or refund and she went off on me. She refused to refund or explain why she stopped the pump. I kept asking for a refund, but she just told me to call the police, which seemed completely unnecessary and ridiculous. There was another customer she shorted in there complaining at the same time, I didn't listen to the details, but he commiserated with my briefly over his loss. I have had $85 stolen from me since Friday. I got gas and paid at the pump. They put a hold of $85 on my card. I got $10.01 in gas and it paid for it. Needless to say they still are holding my $85 and I'm stuck and it of town. I called the store and the cashier was very nice and gave me the managers number. I called the manager and told me he called as off and will NOT go to the store to fix the problem and I can wait til Monday and was hung up on. So then I call and get the regional manager name and number and she did the EXACT SAME THING. Said it wasn't the stores problem call ur bank. I asked for her bosses name and she said (verbatim) I DONT have a boss I've been doing this 34 years and then hung up on me. So my advise to anyone who needs gas not to stop at the white oak on Gregg St. Ever since the Turners sold it, it's become the worst place to stop. #stolenfrom read more

Pulled in thinking the price for regular gas was $2.11. Surprised to pump the few first few gallons only to note the price was $2.19 per gallon. Shame on me. Shame on you as well White Oak. The notation for the price being a cash price was minuscule. Purposely deceptive marketing. Still living and learning. read more

The worse place to stop for gas. It's a better option to run out of gas and call a tow truck to the nearest station. It's a scam. They show one price which is cash and the other price at the pump shows debit. A 10 cent difference! White Oak Stations are garbage! read more

I work down the street so this is my go to place. There's a Jim's Razorback pizza inside, but you pay for food there separately. Friendly staff that seems to turn over quite a bit. They also have the "good ice" (crushed) or cubed if you want a fountain drink. They've also started selling clothes! read more

Lost my job at the Razorback Pizza at this location that is attached to the building here on 12/31/16 after confronting the "manager in training" over her favoritism and screwing me out of my tips by skipping me out on orders and giving them to other people repeatedly. I also did not like her extremely condescending attitude towards new employees which I WAS HELPING TO TRAIN at the time. She has no business being a manager. This is crooked discrimination. The next day I tried going down there just a while ago to talk to the GM and he immediately said he didn't want to hear it. I tried telling my side of the story and told him that other person had no business working there and he told me to get out before he called the cops and charged me for trespassing. He wouldn't even give me my tips from that night so I told him they are both crooks and I told him I will taking this to the general office and possibly take legal action. He just stood there and laughed. I WILL definitely be writing a letter the general office and go from there if they want to hear me out. Otherwise I might just alert the BBB and an attorney. They have gone through a dozen employees in the past few months which is very high turnover compared to what went on in the past. This cannot go on. You cannot screw good employees like this. I was a good employee overall as I was a rehire from a previous crew and I also worked at the Joyce St location in the past. I really liked Jim and Kim at the main office. I really hope they will do something to rectify this. Otherwise DO NOT work there and DO NOT spend your hard earned money here patronizing these crooks.
