What a phenomenal off-road shop!! I was in Bentonville catching a concert & happened to stumble…read moreacross 4 Wheel Concepts !! Jason & his team upfront blew me away @ their customer service & their suspension knowledge !! They answered all my questions regarding suspension along w/ tire / wheel fitment on a new F-250 I'm planning on purchasing soon!! They were steering me ( no pun intended ) to the new S&B / One Up Off-Road kit that just hit the market. They said it corrects all the caster alignment issues & loose steering feel that a lot of other companies fail to address. Their knowledge is absolutely unbelievable. Even though I'm in Texas, we talked about me buying the Superduty in Arkansas, having them outfit it, & then I'll fly out & pick it up !! Stay tuned as this is going to bribe unbelievable build that I want to trust them with!! Super excited !! Final pics will be uploaded !! PS, their showroom is hands down one of the cleanest I've ever seen !! WOW just WOW. If you're in the area, just drop in & get ready to pick your mouth up off the floor !! A++++

I recently had my truck lifted and purchased new tires/wheels through 4 Wheel Concepts. We started…read moreoff the process by dropping in one day to browse. The store is very clean and is staged very well. I could easily drop several thousand dollars there. We talked to an employee and got an estimate for the lift. She gave us a website where we could browse wheels based off of the bolt pattern, size of wheel and offset. This was very helpful, because it allowed us to see all available options for our truck at once - rather than going into each tire to see if there was an option for our truck. Once we decided on the wheels, we returned to the shop to get help with the tires, and make an appointment. A different employee helped us with the tires. He gave us several options, and we chose the tire for the look/functionality we wanted. We were asked to put a $200 deposit down, which was more than fair. They got us scheduled for the next week. I dropped the truck off the night before using their convenient key drop box. My truck was originally supposed to be completed the next day, but they ended up having to keep it an extra night for the alignment. We didn't find this out until we called to make sure the truck was ready to be picked up. I am very happy with the way my truck turned out. No complaints there. I previously used another 4 wheel shop to have my Jeep modified, but they recently closed, which is how I landed at 4 Wheel Concepts. My only gripe is the customer service. Only one employee had good customer service skills. She made us feel like she wanted us to spend our money there. The other staff we have dealt with, including the owner, come across as indifferent. Several times the owner interrupted the staff who were helping us, without even acknowledging us, on multiple visits. I am old fashioned, but it is sure is easier to spend thousands of dollars in a store that makes you feel like they appreciate your business. So my verdict, go there for quality products/work, but do so understanding they aren't going to go out of their way to make you feel welcome or appreciated as a customer.

I will begin by saying the car repair looks really good. We've only had it back for 2 weeks - but…read morethe appearance of the car is like new. That being said - this particular location has a total lack of communication. For example, Car estimate was completed and car was dropped off. Vehicle was totaled, but we wanted it repaired. Told manager would have to call us back - 10 days and 2 more calls into the business - no response. Few updates other than a text while car was in the shop. Went in to pay for vehicle (upon completion) - bill was $1000 more than the stated cost when I spoke to an individual. I pointed it out, and was told it was due to a specific part. Angerly I took the receipt and went home for the weekend. Studying it over the weekend, it was more evident that we were overcharged $1000. Went in to the business on Tuesday - and when questioning the receptionist, I was told, "Oh yeah, you were overcharged - but we credited that back to you already." OK - little suggestion for improving customer service - try calling and acting a bit apologetic about your mistake - even after I brought it to your attention 2x. Being on the N end of Walton Blvd. - not super convenient to drive by the shop for updates and follow up. Not sure who's responsible for this aspect of your business - but they should be replaced immediately. Final big shock - our price of repair went up 85% from the original estimate! We made a decision to fix our vehicle vs. taking scrap value from the insurance company based on the original estimate that would have meant $600 out of pocket over our deductible. After we got the settlement check - our estimate went up nearly $4000. End of the day - repair cost us over $5K out of pocket. We might have made other decisions had the original estimate been more accurate. I had used Morey's previously in Bella Vista, and was super happy. When I found out that Joe Hudson's had purchased that business, I was hoping for a similar experience.......unfortunately, it was night and day.

They did an awesome job and kept us informed, because the parts were hard to come by with CV19. Thank you one and all at Bob's. Awesome job!!

    E. Wood Local Guide·33 reviews…read moreI brought my toyota rav4 in for an oil change and to check brakes for frequent grinding when coming to a stop. I called about 5 hours later to check the status and was told oil change had been completed and waiting to check brakes. A few minutes later I was contacted that my car was ready with no problems found. He explained that there was over 60% of the pads left in the front and 80% on the rear. That would be fantastic news if the brakes didn't grind! They test drove and couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem did continue for me driving home. I appreciate they didn't want to do work that wasn't necessary, but service advisor did not care to listen to what I thought might possibly cause the noise. I explained my car had previously been in an accident and had front suspension parts replaced. I suggested it might possibly be a loose pad or calipers loose or hanging up but he blew it off as a sensor. I didn't get the feeling that my problem was worth looking at beyond checking the pads for thickness and diagnosis fee. I basically was charged 204.00 for an oil change including their 3.5% credit card use included. After using my debit card I noticed the fee so changed and wrote a check for 197.00. Maybe it's me, a little confusing thinking debit card is the same as cash (most places). They did however only refund 197.00 of the 204.00 charged. So we are back to 204.00 for an oil change (to be fair, I got my preferred oil) and to be told my brakes are great. I have had people recommend your shop to me in the past and decided to give your shop a try with my brakes issue, but will never recommend or be back. Enjoy your 7 bucks credit card fee you kept, it will give me enjoyment in telling everyone I can of my experience and waste of time and money using your business. Update: I did reach out to Doug, but after emailing back and forth I am unsure he understands my frustrations of getting my brake problem blown off. It was my understanding I was paying for a true evaluation of what is causing the grinding noise. What I received is a free tire store look at the remaining brake pads. My option is they just don't care to do anything beyond the quick and easy $$, or care to listen to their customers. I never plan to return, trust is gone.
