The customer service at this Walgreens is terrible. I placed an order for same-day photo prints…read moreand--like every other time at this location--they weren't ready the next day. When I called to check on the order, the employee hung up on me the second I said the word "photos." So I went to the store. The woman at the register was rude, and the team lead, Sam, couldn't give me any kind of update besides "they're not done." I wasn't asking for a full explanation--just wanted to know when they might be ready. When I asked about the hang-up, Sam claimed "that phone is broken," which doesn't make sense when someone clearly answered and then hung up after hearing what I was calling about. I ended up having to call corporate. After that, I called the store again, and a different employee finally answered, apologized, and told me the order would be printed and ready by 5 PM. When I came back to pick them up, Sam was still there, working the photo counter. While I waited, he kept loudly trying to get another associate to take over for him, saying "everything is wrong" when she asked what kind of help he needed. It should not take this many steps--and that much unprofessional behavior--just to pick up some photos. Completely unacceptable.
