I legitimately scratched the jet ski I know it was me, but because it was easily repairable he didn't charge me a penny for it and charged me fair honest price for the gas. Plus the rental price is a great deal to check out an awesome lake!! His jet skis are also top notch, I have my own Honda F-12x back at home and was very impressed with his jet skis had a lot of fun :)

I read their rental policy and it clearly states all renters must be 18 or older to rent the jet skis. Because I am 20 years old it was important to me to make sure i could rent the jet ski. I even told the man on the phone I was 20 years old yesterday. When I showed up today 30 minutes early the same man I talked to on the phone was helping another group and told us "You're thirty minutes early, you'll have to wait" I said that's fine and waited. He then showed up and said we would need proof of insurance on our truck and the ID of who was renting the jet ski. I provided this and he said I had to be 21 to rent the jet ski. So I wasted an hour of time when I could have been on my boat out on the lake. Very unhappy with the service here and would not recommend renting because obviously they don't follow their own policy. Reply to owners reply: that's besides the point update your rental policy and don't accuse potential costumers of lying. I had no reason to lie to you I gave you my id expecting there to be no issues. You've been rude throughout the experience as well. If you are considering renting from this company look at the other reviews where these guys lied and scammed costumers!

The salesperson, Christian, said "I can sell that boat" and gave us a very good offer, sight unseen. Our boat was delivered to Walker Marine for inspection and shop review. After hearing nothing by the second day I called Christian. He told me I misrepresented our boat and they may have to have it repainted for a cost of $5,000+/-. Our boat is gorgeous and is in excellent condition for a 10-year-old boat. I ask, why didn't you do an on-sight inspection before making your offer. "He didn't have time to leave due to his sales". I'm sure Christian overextended himself with his offer and needed to back out. Dave, the owner of Walker Marine wouldn't talk to me to discuss the issue. Next thing I heard was "we're bringing your boat back and cancelling the deal." How do you tell someone we will give you X amount for a trade, make a deal, and then when they get the item that is pristine, say YOU as the seller misrepresented, when they didn't have the time to come and appraise.

A couple years later the lower unit went out on the old 90HP Johnson, Dale was able to find through his network a replacement unit at a very small fraction of replacement. I recommend him without reservation because of his communication skills and detail orientated nature, his resourcefulness and respect of your money are the bonus.

The pontoon was awesome as well - they have what appears to me to be a fleet, and they get new ones every two years. They are clean, large, and have the right sized motor in the back. I have been a long time customer of about 12 years plus,and I have had docks installed, bought a…read morewood boat from them and paid to refinish it several times. I referred them to neighbors I stored boats, and Ice houses with them in the past. I was totally ignored as I asked about dock install times, emails, texts to the owner, calls to the 99 office number. I even sold my boat and referred them for work on the boat. I did not receive call back regarding shore station replacement , install ETA times, or any other requests. I had to get someone else to install my docks this year. They don't care, and do not use them as they have too much business and have little concern to respond to customers.
