As a business owner myself i do not like giving bad reviews…read more However, Larry seemed vey kind and was willing to deliver a boat out to the lake our airBnB was on that was 30 minutes or so from Cass Lake. He instructed us that whoever would be driving the boat would need a MN permit so both my husband and Son got one. He charged a down payment which was fine. The day he met me and my son to deliver the boat he could not get the boat in the water stating the water was too low. He and my son tried a couple of times. I showed him the map he had give me where there was a another boat launch for this lake around the lake a bit, he agreed to go and try so we got into our car to follow him but he stopped to talk to a nice gentleman a few houses down from the first launch. This gentlemen told us that the other launch was worse. So at that point Larry stated in front of me, my son, and this nice gentleman and his wife, "well i will refund all your money because this is not your fault or mine." Confident he was not able to deliver the boat. He did offer us to launch the boat at Cass lake which was 30 to 40 minutes away from our airBnB, and for us to use it we would of had to drive there with 2 small kids and a 6 month old daily, So my husband did not want to do that so we just asked him to refund as he had promised. Larry still has not refunded even after several times asking him and today a call from my husband asking him to refund as he promised. He told my husband there was a delivery fee that he would not be refunding. It is really sad because I was excited about finding a airBnB on Cass lake and doing business with him for years to come. You did not deliver the boat Larry!! You also made a promise to refund ALL money in front of 4 people! Your a dishonest business man and no one who has any morals should do business with you! Watch out people for silver tongue!! only lies!!! Needless to say my credit card company has been notified but there is this place called the better business Bureau you will have to answer to as well. Christy

We are the customer and a 4 minute delay did not deserve this type of treatment. Also, I never receive a confirmation email when I initiated the rental even when I called twice asking for one. The owners are clearly disorganized and understaffed. I will look at other companies to rent from next time.

I have been a long time customer of about 12 years plus,and I have had docks installed, bought a…read morewood boat from them and paid to refinish it several times. I referred them to neighbors I stored boats, and Ice houses with them in the past. I was totally ignored as I asked about dock install times, emails, texts to the owner, calls to the 99 office number. I even sold my boat and referred them for work on the boat. I did not receive call back regarding shore station replacement , install ETA times, or any other requests. I had to get someone else to install my docks this year. They don't care, and do not use them as they have too much business and have little concern to respond to customers.
