They are very organized in this sense. Just don't make one of them mad. That's all I'm going to say. Otherwise, here are some simple but important suggestions I quickly learned: Three rules!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! (I bet they make more money for paint chips on the Waverunners than for the rental itself! lol Trust me, they have my "paint chip" money!) We delayed the pick up by 4 minutes because we were filling the jet ski with gas. The owner was rude, impatient, argued with us and questioned us if we're were putting the correct gas in the tank. We are the customer and a 4 minute delay did not deserve this type of treatment. Also, I never receive a confirmation email when I initiated the rental even when I called twice asking for one. The owners are clearly disorganized and understaffed. I will look at other companies to rent from next time.

I have been a long time customer of about 12 years plus,and I have had docks installed, bought a…read morewood boat from them and paid to refinish it several times. I referred them to neighbors I stored boats, and Ice houses with them in the past. I was totally ignored as I asked about dock install times, emails, texts to the owner, calls to the 99 office number. I even sold my boat and referred them for work on the boat. I did not receive call back regarding shore station replacement , install ETA times, or any other requests. I had to get someone else to install my docks this year. They don't care, and do not use them as they have too much business and have little concern to respond to customers.

We viewed Gull Lake and the sights. Everything was perfect. They have an open bar and snacks. You can park down the hill near the boat.
