Do not hire Whitefrog Matthew Leeds. He snuck in services (350+75 ) and charged us monthly that we canceled through American Express. We canceled all services with him and he continued to charge us $75 a month that we didn't notice. After we saw that American Express had credited us the 350 we thought that they completed the transactions and that he had satisfied removing the charges monthly. We were extremely busy and had not noticed it. We took it up with American Express because it was not refunded When American Express made contact with the vendor. He hacked into my website that he designed and shut it down I'm currently looking into filing suit against him for the following fraud. He claimed that he was working the site every month and we have proof that he was not, he hacked into my website without my permission and shut my website down my website has been active for three years since we paid him to build the website and he continually charged us for services that he was not providing and refuses to refund me the entire amount We have sent multiple emails and text messages telling him to restore the website to its proper state and send all passwords and login information and he has yet to provide any of that in my website is still down. This has affected my business. My website has to be active in order for us to qualify for projects and he has interfered with my ability to operate right now. If you do not want unnecessary issues with your business and your website, do not use this individual to create or maintain your website. Furthermore, it took him well over a year to build the website and it was a very simple build. We had nothing but issues with most of the features and to this day we still have those issues. We are going to use someone else to handle everything. Save your money and save your heartache and your trouble. It looks like I'm going to court after all he won't respond now with any confirmation that he's going to restore my website. Give me the login and password information and send us back all of the money that he stole out of our account monthly I am still trying to get my website back up and don't have access because of him he is playing games and prolonging this. It's making everything worse for me. In the meantime I could lose the opportunities that I had if any of the companies check my website and it's down. This is detrimental to my company. I really hope you think twice before hiring this guy. I own my domain and all of the rights to my website and had gotten clarification from him years ago about that so that I knew I could release him and keep the website active. read more

My original experience with Whitefrog didn't go so well but I ran into the owner and he asked how things with my shop were going and we talked and he saw to it that the things that were not originally correct were taken care of. I really appreciated him taking the time to make things right. He went out of his way to take care of things so that's great customer service in my book. read more

Started off with great expectations , but was disappointed. I looked at the reviews but my experience was one of delays and SEO that didn't provide any results. Archimedes also didn't do anything. I like the designers ideas just so frustrating to get things done with everyone else. Over a year and six months after I paid before the website got done. We hired Matt to assist in creating software to run our business. It was a mistake. Matt talks a good game, and is no doubt an intelligent guy. However, he has trouble managing projects and taking things from start to finish. Even though we had agreed from the very beginning that the software would remain proprietary to our company, Matt repeatedly asked that he be able to sell it to the public as a condition to finishing the project. Why would we hire Matt to build us a custom software platform, only to allow him to turn around and sell it to our competitors? After many delays and witnessing Whitefrog staff turnover, we pulled the plug and Matt refused to refund the tens of thousands of dollars that he had promised to refund. I have spoken to others who have had similar outcomes with Matt/Whitefrog - - talks a good game / cannot deliver. My wife recently spoke with one of Matt's former employees, and the story was similar: over-promising, under-delivering, taking the up-front money from one project to pay for a different project. Hands-down the worst experience I have ever had working with any web design or marketing studio. After they have my money I had to go after them to get anything done on my website. they NEVER finished the site. Getting them to fulfill the contract that i paid for (in full at the beginning of the project!!!) was like pulling teeth. They would ignore me and i would have to call and call and call and call and call! 6 months after the contactual deadline had passed i just gave up. i hired someone else to finish the site but there were so many problems with how they built the site that i just walked away in disgust. now that I'm having to fork over thousands of dollars to a new studio for a new site i am reminded of just how badly i was taken advantage of so at last i give my review. avoid this dump and these clowns at all cost. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience with everyone at the company. I am a small business owner and my budget is not very large. I was surprised by how affordable their services are priced and even though I am not a large corporate client, they still made me feel like I was the most important customer. On the technical side, they are very knowledgeable. I was contacted by the owner of white frog only AFTER I left my review on Yelp. Not after the several phone calls I left with his office. He contacted via email and phone ASKING I REMOVE my review. However, my review was completely honest, so I did not. He then RECENTLY wrote a comment on my review that he tried contacting me to help with the service that I was initially signing up for and that he didn't agree with my review. I am not sure what prompted his response on yelp a year later. I'd say that's moving at a slugs pace. However, maybe its because I was contacted by a fellow yelper that they wished they had read my review before doing business with them because they had the SAME BAD experience with White Frog. Matt, I think it would be easier to value your customers first rather than chase them down to have them remove reviews you don't like. read more
