But like most pawn shops inventory is totally random. This seems to be the place to go for guns however. Seriously, so many guns. I have delt with unfriendly employees. I realize people working here probably deal with a lot of rude or frustrated people trying to get full retail price for their used goods and getting huffy. So, I get it. Probably will not return often unless I want to pawn/purchase a gun or instrument.

I went to ex pawn to purchase a bike with my fiance. When we bought the bike they were ok. However…read morewhen he came back to pawn it two weeks later he was treated horribly. He waited for 40 minutes in line and when he got to the counter he said he wanted to pawn it for a week till payday. He was told no they wouldn't take it for pawn. When he reminded them that he was told he could pawn it with no problem, the girl that sold it to us lied and said she never said that. When he asked why they were not going to take it they got extremely offensive and told he to leave and never come back. Even though they saw him in line for 40 minutes they didn't say anything till he got to the sales clerk!!! On top of all that they didn't even open the door when he was struggling to get the bike out of the door. We have been frequently using pawn shops for over a decade and never have we been disrespected and treated so bad. Take my advice and never go to ez pawn in stillwater Oklahoma unless you want to be treated like trash. We were good enough to take money to buy the bike but not good enough to pawn it. This pawn shop should learn how to treat paying customers with respect or close their doors!

So I had no choice but to pawn 3 rings so I could have her cremated and have a small service for her. While paying my monthly payment, never missing a one, they LOST my rings even tho I was paying monthly to get them back. I know it was an inside job. One of the rings was my deceased mother's wedding ring. I'll forever be broken over this. And this shop had no care at all that this happened to me. BEWARE!!!
