It has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received anything. I have called multiple times and keep getting different answers -- that it's up to "corporate" or that a check has already been sent, yet nothing has arrived. One staff member (Meagan) was especially rude and dismissive when I tried to get an update, which made the situation even worse. Lisa was the only person who showed kindness and professionalism, but unfortunately she is no longer there. At this point, I am simply asking for the refund that was promised. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves it immediately.

Wash room under construction for a while. Rates are about 475 plus electric. Electric is .15 cents KWH. Pretty sure that's more than utility law allows in Texas at that location. We went elsewhere and ran into others who passed for the same reason. So, because we couldn't wash and they seem to be profiting off of electric, we passed too. Sad because we really like the place.

She has laughed about how she talks to people. Customer service is not the Managers strong suit. Every time it rains, get a boat. Or at least waders. The amenities are at the managers discretion, meaning, if she doesn't like you or you are of the darker variety, she will look for every excuse not give the codes , and she changes them at will. The water is not good, we have screens on our hoses and 2 filters. The water shouldn't come out with dirt in it. Or blow the filter. Found rocks on our hose screen. Manager laughed about it. Manager us also known to kick people out for any reason. Dogs are supposed to be on leashes (I have been known not to put mine on a leash at times, I don't leave him unattended, ever), hers is not only never on a leash, but I have almost hit her twice. Manager was not even watching said dog either time.

Restrooms and showers were clean each time I used them. The cliffside views are amazing at sunset, and the park felt calm at night. Staff was friendly and quick to help when I asked a question at check-in. Wi-Fi worked fine for email and streaming. Good walking space and plenty of shade in parts of the park. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to friends who want a relaxing spot with a legit spring pool. Five stars.
