When companies don't respond to reviews good or bad that's an indicator that customer satisfaction is not important. It's all about the numbers I have two memberships for two different cars. I will admit that not all locations are the same. The value for the cost is not worth it when the "free amenities" aren't working. At most locations, the vacuums do not work in multiple stalls for multiple weeks. So far, a location that is pretty constant with working amenities is the one off North Tarrant Parkway. When waiting my turn to go into the car wash, I noticed that the man directing each car , used a brush to pre clean the front and back of each car. He motioned me to drive in and didn't do the pre clean to my car. When I finished the wash, I got out and inspected it. The back still was not clean and I showed him. What a nightmare experience. My car got stuck, bouncing around the tracks dangerously 3-4 times. The lady had to stop the car wash it was so bad. Then, she proceeds to tell me to not come back to the car wash because my tires are "too big". Funny how i've never had my tires be too big for any other car wash EVER. Then, because I couldn't finish the car wash because she stopped it....my car was COMPLETELY covered in soap residue and water.So I basically had to wash my car myself... Which deleted the WHOLE POINT of going to a car wash. There was some nasty residue all over my chrome wheels that took multiple times to buff off... Same with all the windows. When I asked for a refund, they said to just go through the car wash again because they didn't refund you once you went through already. BEWARE! SCRATCHES PAINT!! I used to frequent this place often. I went last week and got a wash. When wiping down the license plate area, I noticed a large brush paint scratch. Immediately notified the manager who checked the video and confirmed there scratch was not present upon entering. We filed a claim and submitted to corporate. I paid $15 for the wash and utilized the free services. I think it's worth it. Only thing missing is if it was indoors cause it's hot as hell out here!!! This was at the Basswood location. DO NOT USE! I drove to Houston and back and really needed a car wash. I saw this place while I was gassing up and thought I'd try it. My car was (still is) very dirty so I opted for the $22 Ceramic wash. First of all, I've never been through such a fast car wash. Secondly, they ran the next person behind me so close I couldn't see anything but the hood. Thirdly, look at what was left! What you can't see is that my windshield doesn't look like it was washed at all. I'm used to $17-$19 washes which also end with a towel dry and $12 if not. The location is in Pearland Texas, newly opened. Their car wash machine ripped off the cover of my lug nuts while washing my truck. This is the cover to hide the volts/nuts it is a custom made and to replace will cost me $150.00. I called the office but she said write a letter to the corporate office. We just need a quick rinse, and were buying gas next door at Race Trac, so here we were. I was not expecting much, by buying the least expensive wash possible, but my expectations were exceed. The people working here did a a very good job with the pre-rinse and some heavy spot removal (we parked under a tree, filled with birds, a few days ago). We also took full use of the free vacuums, which worked exceptionally well. WhiteWater Express Car Wash also has a "subscription" type option, that provides unlimited washes. This time, I needed help as my barcode wasn't being recognized online, and the GM told me they don't help make changes. Try going online. Not a great experience overall, piss poor management. The vacuums have great suction and having the air blowers at each vacuum station is a plus. I've had a monthly subscription since they first opened about four years ago, and for the first few years it was a positive experience every time. Noticed they don't maintain their equipment very well as I've noticed more and more issues with vacuum and air hoses, the mat washer is rarely working correctly, and the overall wash has not been very reliable at getting the soap or dirt (normal weekly dirt and pollen) off the car. My ultimate issue is the management being lousy. I've run into your normal billing issues, and the occasional problem with the readers not picking up my tag. These are are reasonable issues, but anytime I have to speak with management, it's a freaking mess. They are quick to escalate something small into an argument, so I've canceled my subscription, and will check out a new wash. read more

I pay for a monthly membership and your location on Basswood always seems to be closed during your posted hours of operation on your own website. 5:00pm is pretty early to be closed when your website says 7:30pm. If you have new hours of operation you should be making that information easily available for people who pay for a monthly subscription for unlimited washes. I've tried three times this week alone to get my car washed and every time I show up it's closed. There are no signs posted anywhere with new hours of operation or any kind of explanation as to why you keep closing early. The least you could do is send an email out to your club members so we know what to expect as to when I can get my car washed if you are keeping irregular hours. I know staffing is difficult right now, but if you don't take measures to cause as little inconvenience to paying customers as you can, you are going to lose those club memberships. read more

Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had at a car wash! I showed up a little early and was waiting patiently for them to open, only to have Jeff (Argyl) come out and yell at me for being there. His attitude was completely uncalled for and downright rude. Is this how they treat their customers? It's clear they have zero respect or care for their clientele.
