I was afraid I was too late, but the lovely lady I spoke with (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) assured me it was not a problem. The flowers were for a friend's mother's 90th birthday! Edited for grammar. I have used this florist three times, two as a walk-in for "surprise flowers" for my mom (no special occasion) and once as a preorder for this past Mother's Day (2018). I am going to tell you both about one of the walk-ins and the preorder. Walking in, I spoke to the florist (I don't remember their name) and said I wanted something "colorful" for my mom, and that my price point was 15 dollars. In a quick 5 minutes, she came back and asked me if I liked the bouquet that she crafted. It was beautiful with all different types of flowers and colors of the rainbow I couldn't believe I got all those flowers for just $15. The florist also asked if I would like it in a vase or wrapped. I said wrapped because we already have vases at home. When I came home, my mom loved the flowers! For Mother's Day, I called one week in advance and ordered a bouquet of 18 pink, purple, white, and striped purple and pink carnations, as well as a pink carnation corsage. I was asked if I needed a vase, but I declined. I picked them up on the Saturday before Mother's Day. The pink carnation corsage was beautiful. Still, I was a bit disappointed: the colors of the bouquet were not what I asked for. I received a bouquet of pink carnations, red carnations, white carnations, and yellow striped with pink. I did not ask for red or yellow with pink, and there weren't any purple carnations or pink and purple striped carnations. At least they were able to spray two of the white ones purple. If you didn't know the colors I asked for, you would've thought it was gorgeous, and though it was, however, it was not what I ordered. The next time I preorder flowers, I'm going to do it in person so I can see the order form/slip to ensure that I get the right colors. What was most important was my mom's opinion. She adored the bouquet and loved the corsage. On Mother's Day, she chose an outfit to complement the color of the corsage. Even though they weren't the colors I asked for, I still will use this florist again because of the value and quality of the flowers compared to the supermarket, and it's important to support local businesses. read more

Called twice to order flowers. Neither call was answered, I left a message. When call was returned I ordered flowers for the following day requesting a first morning delivery as my aunt was going out for the day. She said no problem as my aunt literally lived 1/2 mile from shop. Dead flowers were delivered next day at 4:30 pm by a man who practically tossed them at my aunt. I called the next day to say flowers were dead. No return call. My aunt called early that afternoon and left message saying same thing. No return call. That afternoon my aunt physically returned flowers to shop where lady apologized, replaced dead flowers and told my aunt she would be calling me to apologize for inconvenience. Never received a call. Very disappointed. This shop had good reviews and that was why I used them. Never again. Every aspect of transaction was unacceptable. From not answering phone EVER until they hear you leave a message and then only return calls if its favorable for them, to delivery time way off, to delivery person, to customer satisfaction. I was referred to this florist a few years ago. I figured give them a try. I was never disappointed, I had questions they were answered with professionalism. Tracy was always patient with me and help me with ideas and directed me with options. I've had many items delivered from this florist and people receiving them on the other end always said how fresh and beautiful the arrangements were. They were also full and great quality. I will only use a whiting flower shop for my ordering of flowers. I highly recommend them. There is also a nice gift section inside, there is beautiful items that if your getting flowers you can get a last minute gift as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly too. Toms River Honda and DJ Wilson and their amazing team what a pleasure it was to deal and purchase a car from them. I cannot say enough about our fantastic experience buying a car at Toms River Honda RT 37 New Jersey. My husband and I spent Friday night and part of Saturday at a local neighborhood dealership which was pure torture. They did not listen to what we wanted and kept trying to sell us cars we did not want. Plus it turns out there price was $5,000 higher on the car we purchased from Toms River Honda. My experience with Toms River Honda started with a search on the web and I was immediately contacted. They arrange a time for us to visit and they guaranteed the price I saw on their web site for the models of Honda we wanted. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately greeted by DJ Wilson and I thought oh no here we go again. Boy was I wrong what a great experience DJ provided. I informed DJ of my previous call and he got right to work. He pulled up his inventory and took us right outside to view the car. DJ sent us out on a road test by ourselves so that we could talk freely about the car. When we got back DJ did his magic and worked with his team of people to get us into the car we wanted and at the payment range we were looking for. The dealership closes at 6:00 PM on Saturday but there staff was well there until after 7:00 pm and not just with us. They detailed and cleaned our new cars plus pinstriped it and we drove home Saturday night delighted. On Monday morning DJ called me so that we could do a conference call with my insurance company and the finance company who held they lean on my . DJ did all they work all I had to do was say I was on the phone. I brought flowers from this florist for a funeral. The flowers were half dead and Tracy over charged me from the prices that was online. I told her she made a mistake and she started to tell me off. I said I'm the customer why are u talking to me like this and she told me in her own words that IM BEAT. So I told her I was reporting her to the better business bureau and she said go ahead U won't be the first. My mother recently purchased roughly $500 in flowers for my brothers wedding as she is a former florist, and was making the flowers for the bride and groom, as well as the bridal party. In the past Tracy supplied flowers to my mother for my wedding and it was a fairly seamless transaction and wonder flowers. It seems there was a fairly large misunderstanding this time around. Tracy supplied my mother with many things that were wonderful. This included Bakers Fern, Bear Grass, three bunches of Blue Delphinium, fourty mini Calla Lilies, eight stems of Hydrangea. She also supplied my mother with eight large Calla Lilies. This was the root of all of the issues. All eight large Calla Lilies were bullhead (would not open). Tracy was asked to have them opened prior to pickup. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and they could not be used. Tracy was also asked to make a Corsage. Evidently Tracy supplied my mother with the flowers to make the Corsage. My mother called and and asked about the Corsage and the employee Dana stated my mother had the flowers needed to make the corsage. That's not my mother's fault. Unfortunately my mother was forced to use seven of the ten extra mini Calla Lilies needed for the Corsage in the bouquet. This was due to the $52 worth of Large Calla Lilies that she was supplied with that were unusable. They never opened, even after multiple attempts of forcing them open. My mother dropped off the three mini Calla lilies she hadn't used. When they went to pick up the Corsage and roses that were paid for previously, she charged my mother for the flowers in the Corsage that she already paid for and supplied the flowers for. Actually she held the corsage and a dozen roses until my mother paid for the extra Calla Lilies. Fast forward 4 days later. My mother brought the buckets that were lent to her as well as five of the dead large Calla Lilies back to the flower shop. All my mother wanted was the $28 back for the mini Calla Lilies that she was forced to pay for to get the dozen roses as well as the Corsage. Five of the large Calla Lilies were unusable as stated before. She paid $32.50 for the five dead supplied Bullhead Calla Lilies. This should have offset the $28. Well, there were a few choice words exchanged such as Tracy telling my mother she had no clue what she was talking about. As well as telling her that she sold all of these flower to my mother at wholesale. $6.50 a Stem for large Calla lilies is far from wholesale. With that, my mother told Tracy she was full of S. Tracy proceeded to go off of the deep end and told my mother to get the F out of her store, who do F'n think you are coming into my F-ing store telling me I am full of S. This all transpired as Tracy was chasing my mother out of her store. Tracy then called my mother and left a pretty ridiculous message calling my mother a nasty evil woman. She also claimed my mother still had her buckets. My mother tried to call back to simply tell her that the buckets were left in the shop. Tracy told don't call this F-in store and proceeded to hang up on her 7 times. Small business is small business. It keeps the middle and lower middle class moving and the economy healthy. Unfortunately Tracy has yet to discover the best from of advertising which is word of mouth and social media. Never again will we visit this unprofessional florist. read more
