The people that work there have such warm and kind hearts and seem to really love what they do. The space brought about a certain ambience that is untouched. Everyone was always in a good mood, the music was branded toward a welcoming and fun environment, and the service was always impeccable. If I ever needed to come in last minute for an appointment, they made it work! Their work ethic was like clockwork! So smooth every visit, follow-up, and appointment scheduled and not one slip up. I cannot get the surgery necessary to fix this as I have no money. Dr. Roblee not only showed no concern for my catastrophic result, he did not reimburse the substantial money I paid for treatment. Also, they put an expander on her and didn't clean her teeth before putting it in, so after they removed it, she ended up with cavities in exactly the place where the expander was placed on both teeth. We visited several regional providers before deciding on Dr. Roblee and even had a few of them tell us that they had been trained by him. One of these competing providers actually told us that Dr. Roblee was more expensive than others in the area and this seemed like a cheap shot to me. I know Dr. Roblee is well-respected in professional orthodontic organizations and often lectures at their gatherings, but we did our homework and Dr. Roblee's prices were less than some area providers and competitive with all others. I feel it is better to go to an orthodontist for braces, even though some dentists now offer them, and that Dr. Roblee is at the forefront of the industry - a real treasure for Springdale. Plus, he's a Springdale boy himself and proud SHS alumi. His children also all attended the Springdale Public Schools. We are happy with our decision and feel we made the right choice for our family. We also appreciate that Dr. Roblee is community-minded and note how often we see his name listed as a benefactor or sponsor for NWA education and civic fundraisers. Our family feels it is important to give back to the community and we are proud to have him as our orthodontist. His Springdale offices are very nice and convenient to our home. I haven't visited his Fayetteviile offices and can't comment on those, but I believe the staff is shared between the two and we have always found them to be very pleasant and professional.

This location is conveniently off Wedington, and the whole staff, especially Dr Mac, is great! Everyone is friendly, good with kids, fast, and thorough. It is mainly an open room for the teeth cleaning, and that can get a little hectic and loud at times, but they have tvs for the kids and seating for the parents on the side to watch. The staff at the front has been helpful with calling my insurance and fitting me in for appts. I def. recommend!
