I talked to Taylor she was so sweet to me and got me in as soon as she could. I had to fill out some paperwork on my phone and sent it back during Covid. I got to my appointment like 10 mins early and got in exactly the time she promised me. I did have to sit in my car until they texted me and said I could come in. I had my temperature taken and was asked a few questions before going to the chair. It was a painless experience that was nice. I had a few xrays and then the dr came in explained to me what my options was. The only thing that hurt was the shot but I'll take that. I never felt him taking out a tooth. Braces are very expensive and this was an extremely underhanded thing to do. Also, they put an expander on her and didn't clean her teeth before putting it in, so after they removed it, she ended up with cavities in exactly the place where the expander was placed on both teeth.
