But Bama Breeze came to the rescue. Bama Breeze saw we were in a jam and helped us out. I also drive an entertainer coach. I just had them come out and service it too. It has a house unit mounted in it. They solved all the problems in a timely manner. Today we had a very small issue with our new AC unit. Instead of charging a service fee to come look at it, Bama Breeze gave me a return call and a simple step to solve the issue. Took us a few seconds to do and issue was taken care of with no charge or high service call fee. So I highly recommend this company to do your A/C work. Also reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable. After the 3rd call back a rookie lazy mistake was made that yet again caused damage to unit. Reached out to owner after 3rd mistake and he ignored us so never sent a tech back out to fix his mistake. After 1st call techs mistake meant we had to call them back out and owner was rude and never apologized to us for his workers mistake. We would not recommend this company at all. We could look past the techs mistakes if the owner had been the least bit concerned. Not the way you should be treated by any company.

Referred to this company by our home warranty company Old Republic...this company is a complete…read moreJOKE! Been dealing with air conditioning issues for almost 30 days with this company....they will diagnose one problem....fix it and then something else stops working and then there is a whole different issue....First they came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part & said it would take 3-5 business days for the part to arrive, on the 6th business day we haven't heard from them so I called to check on the part and magically it was already in....ok fine, things happen maybe they were busy and didn't get a chance to call, we then got on their schedule which was another 5 days away...they come out as scheduled & the part was put on .....air was back on and then BOOM it goes out again in a matter of a week....they come back out as a service recall and it needed another part...(a different issue) that part is ordered, we wait patiently, didn't hear from them for over 1 1/2 week so based on the prior experience I called the office to check on this second part we had been waiting on, I was told the part was already in & they can come out and put it on within a few days, so we get on their schedule...no problem so before hanging up I asked the receptionist "what is their policy when parts come in, do they normally call to inform the customer?" Because this was the SECOND time I've had to call to check on parts we were waiting on and BOTH times the parts were already in.....the receptionist whom she said her name was CISSY responded VERY RUDELY AND NASTY "AND WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?" Umm excuse me how about do your job and have some kind of professionalism when dealing with customers you're being paid to service....I then asked to speak with the owner she stated he was not in...I asked for a contact number she stated she could not provide so I left a message I'm sure he never received....or maybe he did and didn't have the decency to return the call......move forward to the second part being installed on on Friday morning by Friday night the air was out again...I called the after hours answering service & their on call technician came out & inspected everything and said the issue was the part that was just put on that morning it was installed incorrectly by the technician and he had to redo the entire installation.....he finished everything and the air was working for about 24hours BOOM air back out yet AGAIN.... I called the on call technician back & he came out again and apparently it's yet ANOTHER DIFFERENT issue now that needed another part that had to be ordered...all while temperatures outside reaching the 90s....no sense of urgency, compassion or even empathy for ongoing issues THEY AREN'T COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FIX! I have been more than patient with this company .....Finally I called Old Republic home warranty company and filed a complaint and requested a new service company! If you are dealing with this company through your home warranty....RUN....& FYI you do not have to accept anything less than good quality service...you can call the home warranty company and request a new service provider!! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!!

My 5 year old air conditioning unit would not start up this morning. I tried several times to get…read moreit started with no success. I was somewhat stressed because we are having a big wedding party this coming Sunday with about 30 family members coming in from the midwest. I thought, being the hottest week of the year, this could be a disaster trying to get a technition out to ckeck it. I called Huff Home services and talked to a delightful young lady who was able to schedule a tech (Austin) to arrive in 2 to 4 hours. I was thrilled. Austin arrived within the time frame, and it turned out to be very minor. My A/C is pumping out nice cool air right now. Austin was professional, courteous, and respectful. This is probley the best customer service I've had from any company in many a year. As a 81 year old man I really appreciate how this was handled. I would recomend Huff Home Services to everyone, they're the best. Thanks Guys and GALS
